"Good basic room. A pleasant outlook - I spent an hour watching pukekos on the lawn while I enjoyed a coffee at the little outdoor table. Very comfortable bed. Disappointed to find no breakfast was available despite it being listed in the description of the motel."

"Have stayed at this location multiple times, with each and every occasion being absolutely wonderful! The staff are so lovely and the rooms are always in impeccable condition with a wide variety of ammenities that I still keep being pleasantly surprised by. I always reccommend Totara Lodge when friends and family mention wanting to find lodging near Wellington and have yet to hear any bad reviews from them either!"

"Me cobraron por el estacionamiento por adelantado y al hacer check out, volvieron a cobrarme y resultó que tenía que además pagar otra tarifa en el estacionamiento al salir, me hicieron perder tiempo y no me querían atender, casi pierdo el Ferry. Muy mala atención en recepción, son indolentes y groseros.

"Rooms are quiet, spacious, clean and very comfortable. Property area is lovely and hosts Mark and Jo were friendly and attentive. They provide a great service and we really enjoyed our stay."
