"Stayed 1 night in basic bungalow
OK but shower was clogged with hair and no hot water as gas had run out (but was replenished quickly after reporting).
Air conditioning effective and noisy - used fan to sleep.
Great food and service in restuarant.
Staff are great.
Would stay again but most probably choose a different room type if staying for more than 1 night."
"Extremely welcoming team at Lava Hotel, they really take care of everyone. Even when they were extremely busy they managed everything with a smile, the food and drinks were delicious and the room and pool area are all lovely. Highly recommend for any business or leisure stay."
"There was a distinct smell of cat urine, they have a non refundable policy and my room was close to the kitchen so lots of staff noise and plumbing noise. My meal was very substandard and most food looked very starchy."
