"First visit here to Lava Hotel... and felt somewhat let down... I think maybe some customer service retraining might be needed for your front desk staff... the room was okay.. nothing too flash but it served its purpose.. the TV reception was bad always glitching and the chromecast didnt work.. thankful for the included breakfast but there wasn't that much variety.. Would I stay here again??? Maybe but only for its close proximity to the city centre and the local Savalalo Markets..."

"The location and snorkelling were great. Buffet breakfast was also fantastic. This is a large resort so you don't get that small pacific vibe, its a very busy place. But easy to drive from there to visit other attractions if you have a car."
