"The facility was clean and a good space. The pull out couch was horribly uncomfortable. Given an unforeseen issue with our rental vehicle we asked to check out just a bit later, the front desk agent had no empowerment and the maid staff literally kicked us out, was rude and aggressive when I asked to stay for just one hour more.
