"Stayed here for a total of 2 weeks with my partner. Buffet breakfast good. Friendly staff. Dislike over charging during the 2nd week. Booked the same room but accidentally booked for 1 person instead of 2. So got charged a alot extra to essentially get a 2nd towel... And got accused of taking 2 teaspoons. That house keeping forgot to replace. Plenty of other places to stay."

"excellent hotel. The only issue was that they could not exchange currency because they did not have licence. Other matter to be improved is that the minibar was empty. But excellent room, nice restaurant, modern look and good location. I will defenetely go back."

"Quizás no tuve mucha suerte y me dieron una habitación sin vistas, lo que incrementaba la sensación de cerrado. El minibar hacia mucho ruido y tuve que apagarlo para poder dormir. La habitación es pequeña pero el baño bastante grande en comparación. La piscina es outdoor, pero creo que necesita una reforma, especialmente el jacuzzi. El agua estaba fría para ser Julio. No me quisieron cambiar 100€ por pesos filipinos, decían que solo pueden cambiar billetes de 20€ o 50€. El desayuno estaba...

"Location excellent; unit size is big for 2BR just needs some renovation of the hotel. Staff are nice; they make sure to cater all the needs of guests- . I found cockroaches and requested a different unit and they attended it right away. But overall; their good except it needs renovation some unit to avoid cockroaches"

"The lobby is big and expansive, breakfast buffet is worth it. The rooms are large however you can tell that they are old. The carpet is well worn. Room is clean but with the old carpet it doesn't feel as clean. Well situated near The Podium and Megamall. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. The gym is great!"

"I had a very good stay here and truly appreciated the high quality of services offered. The food was excellent, and having 24-hour access to the gym was a huge plus! However, the hotel is right in the middle of town and surrounded by extremely busy streets. Because of this, street noise comes into the room, even late at night. If you are looking for a quiet place, I would not recommend it. That being said, I still very much enjoyed my time here."
