"The Avery Le Nixsun Villas has great potential to be a five star hotel, however there were some key details that were lacking. There was no minibar, replacement of water bottles, or options for in-room dining service/massages/etc. Our room was also not cleaned on the second day so we were left with plates from breakfast and no fresh towels. This may have been our fault as we decided to spend the morning in the pool and missed the opportunity for this. But there was no follow up when we walked...

"I was really surprised by the same room condition as the picture. It was nice to be able to stay with the reservation in my eyes because I fell in love with the picture. The staff is kind, too. (especially a female employee named desak(?). It's pretty and lovely) However, it was a little disappointing that there were old traces or stains on pillows and towels, and dust and hair all over the room. I think it would be great to stay with my family, but there's nothing around. It's over when you...
