"The cleaning staff were friendly and overall we liked the atmosphere of the place with the pool. WiFi was terrible, it didn’t work most of the time. Not ideal for working nomads. The local people “guests” were noisy and disruptive at night in other rooms, despite the cleaning staff asking them to keep it down for other guests. We cut our stay short because the Indonesian girl above our room was very inconsiderate; being rowdy and moving furniture with her friends at 3AM in the morning. Not...

"Muy lindo hotel y muy buena ubicación, a unos 200 metros de la calle principal. Cerca de palacio, del mercado y del templo Pura Tama Saraswati. La habitacion es amplia y el baño también, solo le haría falta un mueble para apoyar las valijas para mayor comodidad. El desayuno muy rico y te lo traen a la terraza de la habitación. "Never again. It stated on our reservation, daily housekeeping. When we asked about new towels and cleaning our room, they were horrified. So the room never got cleaned and we had to use the same towels the whole time there. I might add, if you want a good night sleep then this place isn’t for you. The loud music next door every night is atrocious."

"Lo que mas me gusto fue la atencion de todo el personal del hotel!!, de despedida nos prepararon la cama deseandonos buen viaje, precioso! El desayuno muy variado, el cafe exquisito! "Probably the most beautiful hotel I have ever stayed in. Every detail is taking care of, from the check-in, where you’re received in a stunning lobby with drinks and food, then the room with the most beautiful view on the ocean. You can enjoy the sunrise from the balcony. The breakfast was delicious and the service was excellent. Every single person working in this hotel was helpful and smiling. The gym is also great, with all the machine you need for a great workout. If coming to Sanur, Bali Beach Hotel is the hotel you should choose, you’re not gonna regret it ! Thank you for the amazing week I’ve spent there."
