"Overall, this is a really nice and peaceful, cabin. They provide everything you need so you don’t have to rush to the grocery store right when you get there which is so nice. However, the only thing was the downstairs basement has a really loud buzzing noise due to electricity box.. if you’re a person sensitive to sound, it would be really hard to sleep down there."

"This rental was, well equipped, and comfortable. Our hostess was especially gracious to us. We encountered a family medical emergency during our stay; this led to an awkward situation for our hostess extra work for her as well. In the midst of this, she was extremely understanding and kind. We could not have asked for a more gracious treatment from a rental owner. We are very grateful for her response."

Extremely clean, very nice kitchen capable of handling whatever we decided to make, well stocked with nice paper products, and bath products and a coffee station stocked with coffees, teas and sugars. Even losing power down to some wicked storms for a whole day we enjoyed our stay.The only down side for us where the 20 steps from ground level to main level (because we are old and the body just doesn't work like it use it). "I think the kitchen was missing a few essential items and the refrigerator needed to be cleaned. Nothing major but it didn’t give the best first impression. Once we settled in, we saw the charm and appreciated that the home was functional. But little details like one tv remote not working, one porch light was out, no 9x13 baking dishes, and the property address not clear on the mailbox kept us from giving this a higher rating. We would stay with this host again since everything else was positive...
