"The hotel was nice. The staff were very nice and helpful. However, I drove an hour out of the way to have a hot tub and when I got to the pool area the hot tub was broken. The front desk didn’t notify me of this even though I specifically mentioned during checkout that I was heading to the hot tub immediately. "Needed somewhere that felt quick, clean, and safe. Parking lot is well lit. Overnight, the office is locked so you have to speak to attendant through a little window, and it was a little hard to hear him, but check in was quick. The room we stayed in seemed updated fairly recently. The whole building seemed that way actually. Single queen bed room, only 2 pillows. Soaps weren’t fancy or anything, but it’s enough if you’re just stopping through. If you’re bougie, bring your own comfort items...

"La propiedad estaba ok pero en el check in tuvimos un incidente y desagradable porque habíamos modificado las fechas a través de Expedía y no aparecía en sus registros. La persona que nos atendió al principio estaba tratando de resolverlo (un poco nerviosa) pero respetuosa y diligente, íbamos por buen camino, cuando llegó Evelyn (creo que de Sales) y tomó una actitud sumamente agresiva hacia mí porque pregunté si habían logrado comunicarse con Expedía puesto que yo si lo había hecho. "Newer property. No breakfast offered. Coffee only. There's convenience items for sale adjacent to the check in desk, you ring yourself up at a kiosk like at Walmart. No ice machines in the hallway. There are icemakers in the rooms inside the fridges, but takes a while to get them going. Staff did just enough to work the desk, not overly friendly, didnt go out of way. Perhaps the property hasnt had time to develop its vibe, kind of cold. "

"Off the main road enough that it is quiet. Room was nice size w full size fridge. Beds were comfortable. Staff (Stephanie) was excellent and super helpful. Recommend for an overnight going either direction on 65"
