"It’s very cute and modern small condo for family of four. I am not sure if six will feet (sleeping sofa was very uncomfortable to sleep on). The kitchen was good for basic cooking. Laundry is available. The most issue we had with air conditioning, it was very loud to sleep with. It was impossible to sleep without it because it was too hot. "

"I highly recommend Hotel Columbia and will stay here again the next time I'm in Telluride. The service from the front desk was exceptional - very friendly and helpful. They made us feel welcomed and valued. The hotel is located a couple blocks over from the gondola station and a couple blocks down from restaurants and shops - easily walkable. "Beautiful, remote location, with FANTASTIC hosts. Not only were the hosts helpful during our stay, but went out of their way to contact us when they found a sentimental item we forgot, mailing it to us. Highly recommend this property and host!"

"We visited Grand Junction just to get a feel for the area."

"Perfect location - right on the river walk and on the edge of town. Close enough to walk everywhere! Parking lot was small and we had a difficult time finding parking, but that was likely due to the influx of visitors for the festival. Unit was exactly as discribed, only questionable thing is when the shower was last cleaned as there was someone's used nose strip in the bottom of the shower. Everything else was perfect and I wish we could have stayed longer! We had to contact the owner once...

"Great place! Could walk to downtown which is so important as there’s no easy parking! Very busy! You get a parking spot and the bus picks up right out front! Hot tub was the best ever after hiking all day! Would have liked hot tub towels but other than that, it was perfect! "

Close to trailhead for Bridal Veil falls.Views: spectacular view of the mountain with the aspen leaves cleared out from the couch or deck.Interior: newly remodeled with a beautiful kitchen and bathroom. "The property was located in a quiet area, with great views, very relaxing. The host was very friendly and great to communicate with. Definitely a great place to stay and comfortable. "Glenda is an excellent host! It felt very private, yet she was there when we needed anything. We had a private entrance to the sunroom and bedroom with attached bathroom. We were able to use the hot tub whenever we wanted. The property is clean and newer. It was a great setup! We will stay there again!"

"My partner and I enjoyed our two-night stay at the Sweet Peach. This is a great little studio for two. It has a loft bed that might not be accommodating for an older or larger person. A young person would love the loft, and it's also great for a day nap. We ended up using the pull-out sleeper couch at night rather than climb up and down the ladder.
