"We used this place when our son played baseball in Cooperstown. Though it was an hour away from Cooperstown, it was an easy drive and a great property. Seeing the cows in the front yard one day was a funny surprise - they had gotten out from the nearby farm :). The fly fishing was fun to watch. The A/C units in the upstairs worked great. I would have liked more wash cloths for the shower, but there were plenty of towels. The laundry was excellent to have. It was a wonderful place for 4 adults...

"This property was perfect for a vacation with our adult children & partners. We were looking for a place for the six of us to stay while we visited the Baseball Hall of Fame in Cooperstown. This property allowed us to enjoy time together not only in Cooperstown but also out on the water, fishing from the dock, playing in the game room, watching movies and cooking meals. "New renovations were a plus! Very comfortable with 9 adults. Definitely recommend. Comfortable primary bed. You can tell the home is lived in and cared for versus just an income property so that was lovely. Beautiful view. Location was good for our needs. "

"Wonderful home in a peaceful setting. Owners were lovely. We stayed here for our son’s trip to All Star Village (about a 25 minute drive). Great place if you have other kids not playing in the tournament - lots of games and tons of outdoor space. Convenient to grocery store, downtown Oneanta, etc. "

"An easy commute (use the freeway) to the All Star Village fields!!!Decent fishing off the dock- we caught some small mouth bass and blue gill. Use orange swimbaits, small spoons, and flies."
