Guy at reception was extremely helpful and friendly, while the outside of the property looked a little sketchy the inside was super clean and comfortable. Very surprising.

Positives: Very comfortable bed. Microwave & fridge in room. Easy access to parking. Room was clean. Negatives: Fridge freezer was caked with ice. Hair dryer hangs in front of bathroom light switch. No "grand & go" breakfast except oatmeal packets - and no spoons. Morning staff was unhelpful.

I came down for breakfast and the only options available was one package of donuts, two packs of oatmeal, and mini oranges. Maybe I came after someone ate everything? Lacking variety and lacking volume of food. I couldn’t find a snack vending machine either.

The property was very clean and well maintained. The king bed was very comfortable. The check in was efficient but neither receptionist looked up or spoke up. They did their job but didnt seem to want to interect w people. No greeting, no smile.shy maybe? But..i specifically selected this hotel because it 'included breakfast'. A couple pitiful looking apples and oranges, 4 cellophane wrapped mini muffins and a granola bar. That seemed to be the daily selection. This is not breakfast. This a lie. Greedflation, shrinkflation. I would rather they told the truth and didnt advertise breakfast.

Checked in, staff was friendly, when we walked to our room the hallway smelt like wet dog. The room was nice and clean, but one toilet paper roll was left with two squares on it. Only 2 pillows on a queen bed, called down and they brought us 2 more right away.

I didnt like the fact that they had a $200 penalty charge for leaving an animal in the room by itself while we would go to dinner for one hour? Should be stated in there pet friendly policy.

My stay was good I appreciate the first floor having no carpet. The only problems were the sheets and towels had stains on them. And breakfast was just granola bars, danish, juices, yogurt, apple or orange do no real breakfast food.

Pet-friendly hotel with reasonable per night rate
Easy to find easy to book and at a convenient location off Interstate 82 and US-730. A clean, comfortable, pet-friendly hotel with very reasonable per night rates. The Staff were friendly and helpful. We were told there was a cold (continental) breakfast, but we only saw coffee, hot water, instant oatmeal and granola bars. there is a cafe close bye. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.
