It is located in a privileged position, in a few minutes, the beach and the city center can be reached on foot. In the vicinity of the apartment, there is the Istra restaurant with a wide choice of special menus of fish, meat, and dessert. At only 150 m there is the station of the tourist train that leaves from the tourist village of Katoro and along the coast arrives in Umag center and vice versa.
