It’s situated right on the sea, not far from the beautiful town of Umag. The town center of Umag is just a few minutes’ drive away. The sea is just a stone’s throw away, making the vacation residence ideal for families. Entertainment for all ages, a playground, sports activities, and a variety of dining options round out the perfect family vacation. Those who prefer swimming in the pool will find a large pool for adults and older children on the premises, as well as a great kids’ pool for the little ones. While parents burn off energy with sports such as tennis, biking, or horseback riding, children can have fun at the Mini Club. In the evening, you’ll find a restaurant serving delicious food and a great program put on by the entertainment team on-site. A laundry service is available.<br>This very simple and functional bungalow accommodates up to 2 people. It features a combined bedroom/living room with two single beds. There is a kitchenette equipped with a stove, dishes, silverware, pots and pans, and a refrigerator. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, toilet, and sink. The terrace, furnished with a table and chairs, is perfect for relaxing while the children play on the playground or by the pool. Travel time from the Croatian border is approximately 20 minutes. Note: If you need more than one accommodation, this is usually possible with us, as we have several properties of the same type.<br>ARRIVAL DATE + LENGTH OF STAY<br>Please refer to the calendar for arrival and departure dates as well as the minimum length of stay during your desired season. Note: If, for any reason, you are unable to arrive on the scheduled arrival date, check-in on the following day is of course possible (please notify us before arrival). The same applies if you wish to depart early; in this case, departure on the previous day is also possible. However, the rental period and price specified at the time of booking remain unchanged. <br>BEACH<br>The beach is located just a few meters from the Polynesia vacation resort. The beach stretches along a spacious promenade, featuring either flat areas or a pebble beach. Here, you can enjoy the sun and go swimming. The paved paths offer families with strollers ideal conditions for a comfortable and relaxing day at the beach. The beach offers a variety of recreational activities: windsurfing, pedal boats, banana boats, and much more. The clean water has been awarded the Blue Flag by the FEE (Foundation for Environmental Education).<br>POOL<br>The lovely pool area covers 1,000 m² and is located right by the sea. There is a children’s pool with water play features and a great swimming pool for adults and older children. Sun loungers and umbrellas are available free of charge in the large area surrounding the pool.<br>FAMILY-FRIENDLY<br>During the mid- and high seasons, a team of experienced activity leaders will liven up your stay in a relaxed way. Every day, various sports programs such as water aerobics, soccer, or volleyball take place, and for the little ones (ages 5–12), there’s the Mini Club with daily activities. A playground is located right near the beach. In the evening, there are various shows featuring live music, dancing, and magic. If you need a crib, you can request one at the front desk.<br>LEISURE AND SPORTS<br>If you want to stay in shape while on vacation, you’ll be spoiled for choice: tennis courts, bike paths, and walking trails await you.
