    The terraced holiday home is located in Zambratija, a small fishing village just 4 km from Umag. The house is located in a quiet neighbourhood and can accommodate 4+2 people. Next to the house there is another accommodation for 2+2 persons that can be rented. Sun, sea, beach for a dream holiday The holiday home Anna offers the ideal conditions for a relaxing holiday. Ideal for families or small groups of friends. The area is unique for its beautiful, well-equipped sandy beach, ideal for families with children. The beach offers the possibility of hiring sun loungers and parasols. The Destino Bar on the beach is ideal for spending evenings in full relaxation, admiring the sea and the beautiful sunsets and savouring the delicious drinks from the bar. The small supermarket with the neighbouring bar is perfect for a morning coffee and the very welcoming and spacious house offers a magnificent, large covered terrace (12 m²) with a dining table and 4 chairs where you can spend summer evenings with friends. The house has two bedrooms, each with double bed, wardrobe, air conditioning, bed linen (changed weekly), two bathrooms, one with shower, toilet, bidet, washbasin with mirror and cupboard, the small bathroom with shower, toilet, washbasin with mirror, Bath towels two per person (changed weekly), the living room with wardrobe, sofa, coffee table, chest of drawers, flat screen satellite TV, air conditioning, dining table and chairs, kitchen with 2 gas burners and an electric hob, extractor bonnet, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, fridge with freezer compartment. The area offers the opportunity to take walks along the sea or cycle tours. The location is quiet and sunny, only 4 km from the centre of Umag. Nearby there are various sports facilities, excellent restaurants with fish menus, pizzerias and beach bars. in the centre of Umag to visit the museum, the aquarium, the cathedral, a walk along the famous Umag embankment is recommended. For those who love the gym by the sea, there is free outdoor equipment, children's playgrounds along the coast.
