The sea is just a stone’s throw away, making the vacation residence ideal for families. Entertainment for all ages, a playground, sports activities, and a variety of dining options round out the perfect family vacation. Those who prefer swimming in the pool will find a large pool on the grounds for adults and older children, plus a great kids’ pool for the little ones. While parents burn off energy with sports like tennis, biking, or horseback riding, children can have fun at the Mini Club. In the evening, you’ll find a restaurant serving delicious food and a great entertainment program organized by the resort’s activity team. A laundry service is available.<br>This very simple and functional apartment accommodates up to 3 people. It features a bedroom with two single beds. The sofa bed in the living room provides an additional sleeping space. The apartment has a kitchenette equipped with a stove, dishes, silverware, pots and pans, and a refrigerator. The bathroom is equipped with a shower or bathtub, a toilet, and a sink. The terrace/balcony, furnished with a table and chairs, is the perfect spot to relax, while the children can play on the playground or by the pool. Travel time from the Croatian border is approximately 20 minutes. Note: If you need more than one accommodation, this is usually possible with us, as we have several properties of the same type.<br>CHECK-IN DATE + LENGTH OF STAY<br>Please refer to the calendar for check-in and check-out dates as well as the minimum length of stay during your desired season. Note: If, for any reason, you are unable to arrive on the scheduled arrival date, check-in on the following day is, of course, possible (please notify us before arrival). The same applies if you wish to depart early; in this case, departure on the previous day is also possible. However, the rental period and price specified at the time of booking remain unchanged. <br>POOL<br>The lovely pool area covers 1,000 m² and is located right on the beach. There is a children’s pool with water play features and a great swimming pool for adults and older children. Sun loungers and umbrellas are available free of charge in the spacious area surrounding the pool.<br>FAMILY-FRIENDLY<br>During the mid- and high seasons, a team of experienced activity leaders will gently liven up your stay. Every day, various sports programs such as water aerobics, soccer, or volleyball take place, and for the little ones (ages 5–12), there’s the Mini Club with daily activities. A playground is located right near the beach. In the evening, there are various shows featuring live music, dancing, and magic. If you need a crib, you can request one at the front desk.<br>RECREATION AND SPORTS<br>If you want to stay in shape while on vacation, you’ll be spoiled for choice: tennis courts, bike paths, and walking trails await you. In addition, the entertainment team puts together a varied daily fitness program featuring water aerobics, aerobics, group dancing, and much more. There are also ping-pong tables in the resort and a mini-golf course nearby. Golf, horseback riding, or soccer could also be part of your daily routine. If you’d rather be on the water, you can rent a pedal boat or a personal watercraft, go canoeing or banana boat riding, or try windsurfing.<br>SHOPPING<br>The resort is located just a short distance from the center of Umag.
