On the main level, you will find a generously proportioned living and dining area featuring an open-hearth fireplace reserved for decorative purposes, alongside an open-plan kitchen fully equipped for everyday use. A separate WC is also available on this floor. The kitchen and living areas both benefit from individual air conditioning units, and the living room opens directly onto a covered terrace of 20 m2 furnished with terrace furniture and 4 deck chairs, offering a pleasant view of the swimming pool.
On the first upper floor, 2 bedrooms are available. The first room features 1 double sofabed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, as well as 1 french bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and is served by a private bath and WC. The second room on this floor offers 2 single beds each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, with its own bath and WC. Both rooms are equipped with air conditioning and a flat screen satellite TV. On the second upper floor, 2 additional bedrooms continue the same standard of comfort. The first room features 1 french bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, with a shower and WC, while the second room provides 2 single beds each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, also with a shower and WC.
