On the ground floor, the villa features a living and dining area with an open-hearth fireplace, designated for decorative purposes, along with satellite TV and air conditioning. This space opens directly onto a terrace. An open kitchen is also located on this floor, fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, all served by air conditioning. 2 separate WCs complete the ground floor layout.
On the first floor, 4 bedrooms are arranged in 2 distinct configurations. The first 2 rooms each feature 1 double sofabed measuring 140 cm by 190 cm and 1 french bed measuring 160 cm by 200 cm, each with a private bath and WC, satellite TV, and air conditioning. The remaining 2 rooms on this floor each contain 2 single beds measuring 90 cm by 200 cm, also with a private bath and WC, satellite TV, and air conditioning.
On the second upper floor, a further 4 bedrooms are arranged in 2 configurations.
