The house is located in the village of Valica, just 5 km from the center of Umag. The area is quiet, away from the hustle and bustle of city life. Surrounded by a spacious garden in the fenced property, ideal for families with children or pets. The famous pebble beach Kanegra is easily reachable on foot (1800 m), near the cycle path La Parenzana for cycling lovers, along which they can admire the wonders of western Istria. In a few minutes' drive excellent restaurants offering typical Istrian fish and meat menus, the city of Umag, and the market.
The comfortable apartment with entrance and private terrace on the ground floor of the house offers a living area with sofa bed for 2 people with satellite TV, fireplace, kitchen equipped with microwave, refrigerator, freezer area, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, napa, 2 electric burners, satellite TV, dining table with 4 seats, sofa, exit to the terrace. The Wi-Fi Internet connection is free. The bathroom has a shower, bidet, sink, hairdryer, and external window; two bath towels per person are provided. The two bedrooms have double beds, windows, wardrobe, and bedside tables. The bed linen is provided. In front of the house, in the courtyard, there is a parking space to park safely; in the large garden, the shared barbecue.
The shared pool area is equipped with deck chairs and an outdoor shower. In the garden, the swing for the joy of children.
The apartment is the ideal accommodation for couples, groups of friends or families with children. The house offers everything you need to spend a relaxing and comfortable holiday.
The owners live in the same house but with different entrances. The house has a swimming pool, deck chairs, and umbrellas for shared use with the other apartments.
Upon arrival, you will receive a pass to enter the village of Kanegra and use the resort's beach facilities for free.
