Apartment for couples, Mirko, Umag-Punta, near the sea

The apartment is located in the area of Umag-Punta, the most sought-after by tourists. The marvelous beaches and beach facilities are easily reached on foot in just a few minutes. The area is quiet and at the same time offers many possibilities for sporting and leisure activities. Nearby are excellent restaurants, bars, newsagents, a free outdoor gym, the promenade to reach the center of Umag, and the tennis courts where, for years, the renowned ATP Umag tennis tournament has been held.

The ideal apartment for couples is located on the ground floor of a family house with a garden and free enclosed parking. In the garden, there is an outdoor shower. The small terrace at the entrance has garden furniture and an umbrella. The equipped kitchen has a refrigerator with a freezer compartment (10 l), coffee machine, kettle, two-plate electric hob. The bathroom has a shower, sink and mirror, window, and a shower curtain. From the kitchen you enter the room with two single beds that can be joined and a cot-bed for a child, the dining table with three chairs, the wardrobe, flat-screen satellite TV, and air conditioning.

* Registration is €7 per person only on the first day to be paid upon arrival.
* Final cleaning of €40 is paid upon arrival in cash
* Guests are kindly requested to use the appliances with care, not to make excessive noise between 15:00-17:00 hours and after 23:00 until 7:00.
* Any damage caused will be charged on the spot.
* Smoking is allowed outside only (on the terrace).
* Check-in after 15:00 to 21:00
* Check-out by 10:00 am.
