The comfortable air-conditioned apartment for up to 4 guests is located on the raised ground floor of a family house in Umag. The location is sunny, peaceful, yet close to all necessary amenities. The sandy beach is 1.5 km away, while the supermarket, park, and café are only 250 m away.

The apartment features one bedroom with a double bed and wardrobe, and a spacious living room used as a sleeping area (without a door), equipped with a double bed, flat-screen satellite TV, air conditioning, a sofa, and an armchair, with access to a terrace furnished with a table and chairs. The kitchen is equipped with a kettle, coffee machine, stovetop, oven, refrigerator, and a dining table with chairs. The bathroom includes a washbasin with a cabinet and mirror, bidet, toilet, and bathtub. Free Wi-Fi internet access is available, and parking is provided in front of the house.

Komunela – Umag

The neighborhood is quiet and sunny, consisting of private houses adorned with well-maintained gardens full of flowers and plants, as well as a few apartment buildings. The area features a large park with playgrounds for children and teenagers, free outdoor fitness equipment, and a beautiful lawn. Nearby, you will find the convenient Ultra supermarket with an adjoining café, other shops, a bank, a pharmacy, two wine shops, Casino Paganini, and affordable restaurants. This neighborhood is an excellent choice for those who appreciate peace and convenience due to its proximity to the town center and the seafront, while a car or bicycle is recommended for reaching the beaches.

The center of Umag can easily be reached on foot within a few minutes.

In the center of Umag, we recommend visiting the museum, aquarium, cathedral, taking a walk along the famous Umag Breakwater, exploring the narrow and charming streets of Umag's old town, visiting the newly renovated square with its fountain, shopping in the town center, or strolling along the waterfront market stalls and children's playground.

For larger grocery shopping, we recommend driving a few kilometers to the larger and more affordable supermarkets such as Lidl, Spar, Kaufland, or Plodine in Umag.

There are many leisure opportunities in the Umag area: tennis courts, the 18-hole Golf Club Adriatic, riding centers, water sports centers offering water skiing, diving, boat rentals, the Jangalooz adventure park and mini-golf course near the Sol Stella Maris tourist resort, nightclubs, casinos, and various boat and bus excursions.

The area is rich in renowned restaurants, simple eateries, pizzerias, fast-food restaurants, and bars. Those wishing to explore Istria will discover caves, ruins, numerous churches, museums, and impressive marinas.

For days when the beach is not an option or for evening outings, we recommend unforgettable excursions into the inland region. The picturesque artists' village of Grožnjan features a beautiful terrace offering magnificent views over the Mirna River Valley. Motovun is a typical medieval hilltop town known for its film festival, held annually at the end of July. Livade is famous for the white truffle found in the nearby forests. Astronomy enthusiasts who wish to admire the sky and stars can visit the Višnjan Astronomical Centre, located 30 km from Umag, by appointment. Cave lovers should visit the wonderful Baredine Cave, only 15 km from Umag. Do not miss the opportunity to visit Hum, the smallest town in the world, located just 60 km away. The coastal towns of Pula, Rovinj, and Poreč are also worth exploring, as well as Brijuni National Park, which can be visited through organized excursions.

-to report any damage caused to the owner; after assessment, compensation for damages must be paid in cash before departure,
-to inform the owner of the expected departure time one day before leaving to arrange key handover.
