"Die Ferienwohnung ist super ausgestattet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Im Fahrradraum konnten wir unsere Fahrräder unterstellen. Die Sauna im Dachgeschoss des Hauses war für uns das Pünktchen auf dem I. Dass wir den Fitnessraum sowie die Spielemöglichkeiten (Tischtennisplatte, Billard- und Kickertisch u.a.) nicht genutzt haben, lag am herrlichen Frühlingswetter. Das Team von Pro-Home hat sofort reagiert, als wir kleine Mängel angezeigt haben. So wurde schnell ein Mitarbeiter vorbei...

"Zimmer genau wie auf dem Bilder. Kontakt war per WhatsApp. Fragen wurden schnell beantwortet. Lage ist gut. Ca. 3 Min Fußweg zum Lidl. Ca 5 Min zum Bahnhof. 20 Min zur Promenade. Grenzmarkt sowie Essensmöglickeiten 5Min entfernt sowie ein MC Donalds. Es war ruhig, WLAN war vorhanden, viele Deutsche Sender. Es war alles vorhanden im Zimmer was man benötigt. "Leider können wir keine Empfehlung aussprechen. Beim Check-In haben wir zunächst die falschen Informationen bekommen. Erst nach telefonischer Rücksprache haben wir die richtigen Informationen erhalten. Auf den ersten Blick sah die Unterkunft sauber aus. Auf dem zweiten Blick ist aber schrecklich und dreckig der richtige Ausdruck. Staub auf dem Boden und vor allem unter den Betten. "Dieser Urlaub war für uns leider eine Katastrophe. Die Apartments liegen direkt über einer Partymeile die bis spät in die Nacht lautstark Musik spielt. Laute Bässe, Rufe und Partysounds sind bis spät in die Nacht zu hören. Die Zimmer sind schön, das Essen gut, für Familien ist das jedoch überhaupt nicht zu empfehlen. Wir hatten hier keine einzige erholsame Nacht. Wir sind 2 Tage früher abgereist weil ich und mein Sohn nachts keinen Schlaf gefunden habe."

Die Apartments waren stets sauber, die Lage an Promenade und Strand sehr gut und wir hatten schöne Kurzurlaube. In den letzten Aufenthalten hat sich einiges verändert (u. a. keine Rezeption mehr, wechselnde Check-in-Abläufe), womit wir noch zurechtkamen.
