"Brandlehow is the perfect place to relax and refuel. The location is superb, nestled in the woodlands and on the shores of Derwentwater. "Spacious property, within walking distance of town. Did report that bins were overflowing outside with black bags piled high both on the floor and on top of the bins on two occasions (appeared bins had not been cleared for weeks). Some areas of 5he property were a little dusty otherwise clean. The kitchen is rather small for a property of its size making it a bit difficult to have more than one person using it at a time, and bath a bit tight to get in/out of. Beds comfy."

"I found the apartment to be clean, comfortable and well equipped, the allocated parking space is great to have as street parking can be challenging in Keswick. The location is perfect, quiet with only a short walk into town. I'd certainly book again unless I decided to take bikes as there didn't appear to be anywhere for storing them. The welcome tray of tea and coffee etc. was much appreciated after a long drive, thank you."

"This is the second time we’ve stayed at the Red Robin and we still love it. We love the location as it takes under 10 mins to walk to the centre of Keswick. We love the comfort and decor of Red Robin too. It’s very comfy and cosy which is just what you need after a long day hiking. We also have a dog so the enclosed garden is a bonus. "A very comfortable apartment with spacious accommodation and well equipped kitchen plus extras such laundry facilities. The lounge and dining area is good. The bedroom is large with very comfortable bed and everything needed. The bathroom is beautifully done with large walk in shower. The only observation I would make for the benefit of others is that the two sets of stairs might be tricky for some. Booking was easy and customer service excellent with friendly and helpful staff."
