"The forest suite is surrounded by gorgeous trees which provide a beautiful view from inside the suite and on the deck. The host was a super great communicator throughout my stay. It is close the community of Mendicino as well as Fort Bragg, where the ocean views are spectacular. I highly recommend this place!"

"Outside of buildings all covered with spiderwebs which gave a dirty appearance. Inside the closet door was broken, there were hangers laying in the window, and there was a dirty towel stuffed in a kitchen door. The view of the lake from the pier was lovely, but the furniture had not been cleaned in some time. "

"The property is rustic and quiet, with beautiful trees to shade the private porch. The listing was exactly as pictured and described, and thoughtfully appointed. Communication with the host was prompt and the directions provided were easy to follow. The house is in a rural location with the tiny coastal town of Elk about 10 minutes away. We just stayed two nights and if I find myself in the area again, I would absolutely return to this spot."

"Loved this tiny house and its location. The view was priceless and made up for a few little shortcomings. Place was clean and comfortable but could really use some wall hooks and another suitcase stand or credenza to put suitcases on and hang things up in bathroom and main room other than kitchen closet.
