"We spent a late October week at the home of Fulivia and Maria. Their home was spotless, pool was welcoming, and the foosball table a welcome surprise for our son. We were pleasantly surprised by weather being good enough for a comfortable swim that late in the season. The hosts were generous with us on some things we needed to find locally, and were kind people justifiably proud of their beautiful home. "Very clean and beautiful zen feeling. Nothing to need for. Gorgeous property and the host was amazing. Only thing to note is that one bedroom and one bathroom are in separate buildings...so if you are a group of four (two couples) one couple will be sleeping in a separate building and the washroom is separate from that building....if you need to use a washroom in the middle of the evening - you have to go outside. "Nous avons apprécié la villa même si celle-ci nécessite quelques rénovations (salles de bain, cuisine). La literie était bonne, les chambres sont spacieuses. Etre en face de la crique est un grand plus ; la disponibilité et la gentillesse du propriétaire a permis de régler quelques "petits" problèmes. "All'arrivo ci ha accolto il proprietario, un signore anziano molto molto gentile e simpatico, che ci ha fornito tutto ciò che poteva servirci durante il soggiorno. La posizione della casa è fantastica: a piedi si raggiunge la spiaggia rocciosa, con un mare a dir poco fantastico. A pochi minuti di auto si raggiunge il centro di Torre San Giovanni con Il Porticciolo e tutti i negozi. "Questa casa si trova in mezzo a un giardino enorme, offre molte possibilità ed é attrezzata di qualunque cosa si abbia bisogno: Piscina, Barbeque, tavolo da ping pong, campetto da calcio, ampio parcheggio, lavatrice, spazio all'aperto a volontà, etc. etc. Assolutamente da consigliare, anche per comitive grandi così che ognuno abbia la sua privacy. "This villa gave our three families a nice opportunity to explore the region while also enjoying some r and r. The pool was definitely the highlight for the kids and allowed everyone to stay cool during the hot days. The host is very nice and able to coordinate additional activities such as boat excursions and in-home catering of local cuisine. Must be comfortable driving as the beach areas are about 15-20 minutes away by car."
