"The 2 Friends Guest House in Jinja, Uganda is quite lovely. The staff and security guards are very kind & hospitable. The area felt very safe and is walkable to town. The room was clean and comfortable. The gym is above average and the pool is quite refreshing. I was able to enjoy breakfast before departing for the day. The front desk staff also helped to book me a shuttle return back to Entebbe. I highly recommend the 2 Friends Guest House if you’re visiting Jinja."

"Our first room was not good, the patio doors didn’t close properly so we asked for a move, our second room was great. Very new room, clean, however no view"

"Good location on Main Street with a very good restaurant inside hotel. "

"The hotel is very nice and the room/bed were quite comfortable. The meal service was great. The barman kept the beer cold and served with a a ready smile;-) Was there for work - so having the essentials listed above work was key. Would defintiely stay again."

"Loud music everyday from 8am. Feels like a party hostel everywhere you go. On the second day we were assured that the "event" would be over in 1h and that next day would be quiet. The following day was an even bigger party on the whole venue. If you are looking for a party-hostel it is a good place. Facilities are nice, service is good and food is acceptable. Don't expect to relax or have a quiet meal though. "

"God mat, hyggelig personale, men det tok nesten 1time før vi fikk maten etter bestillingen. Men det var værte å vente pga maten smakte kjempe godt. De har ikke mosquite nets, derfor barn mitt ble bitte av mosquites og fikk allergi reaksjon og mot til sykehus/clinic."

"The first floor was under construction so it was noisy. WI-FI in the room was not available. No closet in the room and no hangers for cloths.Moreover, they charged twice in the Resturant and I called them 3 times and explained to them the situation but they did nothing. Every time they promised to call me back but they did not."

"Staff were friendly and very helpful always available and quick when needed . rooms are comfortable and spotlessly clean. nice touch added to our room for my celebration.Boutique style hotel with a good balance between luxury and responsibility. perfect get away for those looking for a blend of nature and tranquility. although the Internet connection was a bit temperamental during our stay it didnt affect our experience."

"Really beautiful location next to the Nile. Bungalow was spacious and comfortable. Food locally sourced was really tasty. Everything had been thought of for a place to recharge batteries. Great staff and opportunities for local walks with guides. Felt really safe. Picture windows look out over the falls. I’d far rather come here than any expensive Kampala hotel"
