Said in compendium that mini services done daily with towel replacements if wanted. Never saw anyone in the 4 days we were there, no towel changes. Plenty of secure parking but to access garage you had to get out of car , walk around to passenger side to tap fob to control panel so gate would go up....

"Close to the shops and bus/tram stations. The unit needed a good clean and make over. Microwave was dirty and covered with splattered food. Coffee cups were dirty with coffee rings on the inside, cutlery was dirty, we had to wash everything before we used it. Bathroom top bench was dirty, paint all chipping off, shower over bath sprayed water all over the floor. TV didn't work, emailed management about this and anoher issue and did not get a reply. "We booked a 2 bedroom apartment with twin beds in 1 room and whilst the hotel was agreeable to splitting a bed, it took over 24 hours to happen. The patio had all services on it (hot water system and 2 aircon motors, 1 of which was not for this room), and the aircon drain was direct onto the patio floor, so you could not use the patio except to stand in the middle of it on a mat that was placed on it for water reasons. The apartment was advertised to have aircon, but it was in the loungeroom...
