Loved this rental! So close to the ocean. The 2 pools were so much fun and great to have the restaurant onsite. We would definitely rent again!

Couldn’t get any hot water. I reported this to the office but it didn’t interfere with our fun. We will definitely go back!

We had a great time in Tybee. The west was perfect for our visit. Condo worked well for our group. Bathrooms need hooks for towels. Kitchen could use a drying mat or rake for hand washed dishes.

It is near the elevator so perfect for my older parents to access and the pool is right out the back patio which was perfect for the kids. The new renovation looks great! Love the large tvs and easy walk in showers!

There were a few things wrong but it was not the end of the world. However the front desk took care of the issues we did have. They were right there to fix the problems.

It was so easy for my elderly mother to come and go to the pool with just a few steps from our back patio. The condo is very open with a large kitchen and dining area. Great for serving a group, but we ended up eating at the onsite restaurant because everyone loved the menu. This made it great for the moms to enjoy vacation also!

So spacious, comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed and more. We also loved the location on the first floor being able to walk through the courtyard to the pool (heated!), the beach, and the Deck Restaurant. It was also nice being walking distance to other great restaurants/bars in the area. The staff goes above and beyond and is just a quick call/text away. Thank you so much for all your hospitality, we will be back and will recommend you to all our friends and family!!!

Although you cant see the ocean from the balcony, you were able to walk right out to the lawn and pool. So easy with kids. You actually could see the water just not the beach. Although we did stay plenty cool, the A/C could use some work. Would definitely stay in this space again! Loved it!

Great Location but property had a couple of issues

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed during 4th of July week. Great upgrades to the unit but could have used a few more accessories in the kitchen. Also the a/c wasn't working in the master bedroom and the queen bedroom. To be fair, we didn't complain to mgmt and instead bought a fan to blow the cooler air from the hallway into the bedrooms. Also, loved the tiled floor throughout but it was really dirty, our bare feet were just black after walking around the first day. I mopped it and that took care of it. We loved the restaurant on site, the pools and being right in the beach. It really was a great vacation spot.

Wonderful staff

We had 2 families in a 3 bedroom condo for a long weekend , and had a wonderful time . Condo was clean , well stocked with essentials , down to the Keurig, blow dryers in the bathrooms , and fully stocked with kitchen dishes/utensils/baking sheets, etc . We had a great location . Walk out to pool/restaurant (which had tasty food) & short walk to beach . Upon arrival , we entered a very slippery tile floor , due to extra cleaner being used on the floor by a maid in training. I called down to the desk and Stacey was fantastic . It was after 5:30pm on a Friday , and I am sure she was ready ti go home . She stayed to help solve the issue by mopping with water , asked us if we wanted the cleaning staff to come the next morning , and let us use beach chairs free ilof charge for the inconvenience. Anytime I had questions for the rest of thr weekend , I texted her and she & the staff responded quickly. Thank you for a great weekend ! We will be back !

Tybee girls trip

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was ok. Check in/out uneventful. The floors were rather dirty and the furniture could have used a good cleaning. We did have a comb from a previous guest still laying out in the open when we arrived. Patio doors did not lock and we didn’t have keys to the balcony patio door to lock it from the outside so we couldn’t use the steps to the pool that were right outside our balcony. I would suggest more towel bars/hooks for hanging wet towels. None really in the main bath. Online did say that you get a starter pack of toilet paper paper towels etc but one garbage bag was a bit stingy. Another suggestion is to just stock the place with basics. Make life easier for guests. Onsite management was helpful though. The unit was spacious for the 5 of us. Lots of cupboard space. The property itself was in a good location, the beach was lovely and being off season the pool was not crowded. The island was fun and we enjoyed our stay
