  • Tybee es conocido por sus dunas de arena protegidas. Primer piso de una habitación con cama king. Sala de estar con una cama Queen y una es un sofá cama individual. Nuevas renovaciones! Café en su terraza en la mañana para el amanecer. Libaciones en la noche. Maravillosa ubicación para la entrada a la piscina. El plano de planta permite una cocina completamente equipada. También incluye lavadora y secadora con ropa de cama. Puedes caminar a la playa hasta el muelle o conducir. Desayuno a la vuelta de la esquina, numerosos restaurantes cerca y uno en el lugar. 3 piscinas, una de ellas climatizada para el invierno. zonas comerciales, centro de ciencias marinas, alquiler de carritos de golf, recorridos con delfines a todos minutos (5) Maravilloso terreno de juego al otro lado de la calle con biblioteca pública. Bar-B-que al otro lado de la calle también. Trae tu café y establos. Sin mascotas.

The master bedroom is right across from the office, a general seating area and the main level of the parking deck so lots of noise outside your room often.

Cute condo with great views

This condo was everything it was advertised to be and perfect for the 2 of us The balcony provides great ocean views and the condo had everything we needed. The management company was so easy to work with. Condo was clean. We really enjoyed it and will be back.

Relaxing Stay at Beachside Colony on Tybee Island

Our condo was nice with an oceanfront view! Ceiling in bedroom needs some cleaning but other than that the unit was great! We rented direct through Beachside and the management staff was great! I would definitely stay at Beachside again!

Reviewer Comments: Our beach getaway went smoothly from the moment we called hoping to book a last minute rental to the time we closed the condo door for the last time. Unit was clean and as advertised. We loved the ocean views and the proximity to parking, the pools, The Deck, and beach access was super convenient! Doreen was super helpful and every time we saw her, she checked in to see how everything was going! We’re already talking about returning with our family next year!

Convenient resort : pick unit carefully

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really liked the amenities of the resort. Restaurant was great and having a pool was nice. Our unit didn’t have a good view and it was too close to the garage. The furniture could use dry cleaning. In general, there were too many knick knacks, and not enough space for our things.

My only suggestion is remove some dishes and glassware for food storage. Add more pots and pans for cooking. The coffee pot needed replaced. I would return to this same condo!!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved Tybee Island. Lots of good local restaurants, we enjoyed dinners at Sundae Cafe, Sting Ray, Sea Wolf. BeachSide Resorts staff was very friendly and informative. Patio view was nice. Pool areas was nice. The condo we stayed in was 313 Ocean Song, needs some TLC, patio furniture needs to be repainted(paint peeling of wood) patio screen is ripped, bathroom shower ceiling had mold. The bedroom window is right outside of office and parking garage as well as the walkway to get to the pool(it was loud at times). I would recommend the resort and suggest a higher floor.

disappointment for the high cost

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is laid out nicely and has a lot of potential, but to charge as much as it cost you get a filthy place. All the hodge-podge of dishes were filthy and we had to wash them before using anything, the floors and rugs haven't been cleaned in a long time. The back sliding door doesn't have a lock on it at all for our security, instead they opted for a broom stick (and this is on the first floor). The toilet paper was like something used 30 years ago, 1 ply and felt more like paper, no kleenex in the condo and again, the paper towels were the cheapest that could be purchased. I like the beach house theme in beach condos, but this was way over the top, too much of a good thing, the place was cluttered with decorations and pillows, so darn many pillows everywhere. They gave us exactly 2 towels for a 4 night stay. The shower was a great size however, the floor has a major crack in it. Water pressure in the shower is something like in a comedy movie, it was virtually non existent. The place really has potential, but we would have been much happier in a much less cheaper hotel. We have stayed at many condo's similar to this one that were clean and had decent toilet paper and decorated nicely, and well maintained, this one, to our surprise was a great disappointment!!! Whoever manages this place is saving a ton of money by not fixing things that are in desperate need for repair....I mean, get a LOCK for the sliding door at LEAST for your tenants safety there on the first floor and hire people who actually clean the condo!
