Our stay was great. The condo is beautifully updated and nicely kept. Everything you need is there. Great balcony space and view of the beach. Restaurants are within walking distance. The shower water pressure was low. Overall, we would stay again.

Spacious, clean, heated pool, beach, playground!

Great condo and location for grandparents, parents and two young children to be close to the beach, heated pool, playground and tennis court, bike path! Three bedrooms, one had two queen beds that worked well for two children. Lovely deck for enjoying sunrise. Reservation personnel were very helpful in providing check-in directions for late arrival. Our first visit to Tybee!

Disappointed

When we arrived the floors where terrible. Your feet stuck to the floor. Food still on the floor between the couch and love seat. The freezer had a mountain of ice that we had to chip out. With this quick impression made us uneasy how clean it really was. With the cleaning fee we paid we sure didn't get our money's worth. But on a positive note, nice view from the balcony, good food at the restaurant and nice pool. The cleaning service needs replaced.

Spacious and very close to the beach

Lots of space, however not as many beds as I originally thought. Beds need to be upgraded but worked. The management was great. Just down the road from the beach.

Great condo!

We loved this condo! We had an ocean view from our balcony and beach access. The renovated pool was open and the attached restaurant was very convenient. We walked to ice cream and a good seafood restaurant one night. The balcony gets a nice breeze and makes it very comfortable to hang out on. A few things to know - this place is on the second floor so make sure you are okay with stairs. Also, bring any cooking supplies you might want (salt, pepper, oil, etc.) as these are not provided (or left behind from other guests). Overall we enjoyed this place and would stay again.

Great ocean view and balcony

We had a great time at this condo on Tybee Island. The access to the beach was great and the balcony was awesome. The place was clean, and everything was neat and organized. The pool was out of order to our surprise, but the ocean was inviting, so it worked out. We would stay here again.

Last minute reservation

We decided to extend our Christmas vacation by staying on Tybee island for a few days. So excited when we found an opening that actually fit our family of 7. The check in process was easy and management was great! They let us check in at noon instead of waiting until actual checkin time. Overall the condo was great! The floors could have been cleaned a little better but nothing a quick sweeping didn’t solve. The rugs in the living room and kitchen could definitely use a deep clean or be tossed out. We actually rolled up the living room rug because I didn’t want the littles playing on it. The unit is an end unit that is next to the public access/parking to the beach so don’t plan on sleeping in. Even with a sleep sound machine you can hear all the noise and the trash trucks that seem to pickup everyday early in the morning! Parking is under the condo building and this particular space is next to the access gate. We have a Nissan Armada it was very difficult to maneuver in and out, and there is no option to park elsewhere on property, we tried and got a warning about being towed. Do not try with luggage rack on top it will not fit! The access to stairs and elevator is in the parking under building, there were no lights, so be prepared if you are out late. There is a gate to access property by car you need a code for but the gate for walking is in parking area and does not lock. Remember there are no lights under there, so that is not very safe. Overall experience was great, we loved staying on Tybee, but Condo could definitely use a deep clean and updates to rugs and bathrooms. If this was the only available place to stay, we would stay again.

Nice location, plenty of space…would consider staying again.

This condo had ample space and the pictures accurately represent the listing. Pros: 1. Condo was clean and had soap, detergent and paper towels which not all vacation lodging has. 2 This location is very close to the beach. 3. The balcony was very large, it had chairs and it had a great view of the ocean. 4. This condo has lots of space and could easily house 6 people. 5. There was a nice-sized kitchen with basic utensils so you could eat at “home.” 6. This was in a reasonable walking distance to small shops and a couple of restaurants. Cons: 1. The community pools are very small. (Pretty sure there are not pics of the pool on the listing and that was probably intentional.) 2. The condo was older and had a lot of wear. Lots of ill-fitted cabinets, vents, switches, etc. The couches were very dingy and lots of paint nicks. Again- the condo was clean, but it was just not in top notch shape. 3. This is a “pet friendly” condo, which means pets can be in condos around yours, but not in your condo. That being said, the condo below ours had dogs that barked quite a bit and I found that pretty disruptive. 4. I did not book at this location because it had a restaurant on the premises, but I was excited to see there was one! Sadly, this restaurant is not open every day…so if you plan to stay here and really want to eat/drink on site, I’d call the Deck in advance to see what the hours will be during your stay. 5. The door and lock have a learning curve and it sticks/is hard to open.

First and last

When we arrived our room was not cleaned. They sent housekeeping however they sprayed oven cleaner and didnt wipe it out and we were left unable to use. The manager said they would discount our stay due to not being able to check in until 2 hours later due to their mistake but they have yet to follow thru.
