This house is quite comfortable, has plenty of indoor and outdoor space as well as parking, and is very well provisioned. It is within walking distance to the beach, and close to some good restaurants (e.g., Sundae's, Huck-a-Poos, Zunzibar), a nice little brewery, a park with a disc golf course, and Tybee Post Theater. There is a lot to like about the place! I gave four stars on Location because the online photos are a bit deceptive. While the view facing the house and out the back (trees) is nice, one side of the house abuts the back of several Rte 80 businesses. So it is definitely not scenic, and sometimes noisy (i.e., Rte 80 traffic, garbage & recycling trucks emptying bins and business dumpsters in the early am.) Since we were unfamiliar with Tybee Island, we were surprised by this when we arrived. Guess we should have checked Google Street View beforehand. I also gave four stars to the Property Manager for not disclosing the location more transparently, and for providing no info binder inside the rental. In other words, no info about the VRBO's idiosyncrasies, emergency contact info, checking out, recommended restaurants and attractions, etc. That said, when I called the Property Manager with any questions or requests, they were always available and very responsive. (Thank you, Katie and Chelsea!) Bottom line, very nice place, not a perfect location. Still, we enjoyed our 2-week stay there.
