Our extended family spent an unusually chilly weekend here in early November. Lovely home and the location is a very quick jaunt to the beach. The elevator is just roomy enough for an accessible adult but they would need assistance if they didn’t have strength or the stretch to reach to close the inner door. All the doorways are wide enough for accessibility. The porches were a great feature! The pool is smaller than many backyard sizes I have seen but has a jacuzzi at one end. And since it was such a cold weekend we loved that we could pay to heat it and enjoy it! Definitely plan to take your own condiments if anyone is driving because there wasn’t even a grain of salt 😉 I did find the check in process so easy and all communications were quick! We would stay here again if we found ourselves back in the area!

My friends and I stayed here for a girls weekend and we absolutely loved it!! The pool was amazing for just hanging out at the house and it was perfect convenient walking distance to some bars and also the beach. The area in Tybee with all the restaurants and bars was a very quick drive, and the drive into downtown Savannah was also conveniently quick. The house itself was comfy and clean

It was a nice little vacation. The house was more than big enough for 4 adults and 4 kids. The beach was very close and the Savanah river is in your backyard. Dolphins all over the place for the kids to see. Very responsive and helpful.

This was the fourth time that we have been to Tybee Island and we will be back! The house had the space that we wanted. The elevator was wonderful to haul all of our luggage and groceries on. Close proximity to the beach. Many things to do on Tybee and just a short drive to Savannah. The house could use a few minor fixes. The light over the dining room table would flicker and dim, one of the wine refrigerators would not cool, one of the master bedroom sink stoppers is broke, the ice machine does not work in the refrigerator. A couple of places have some water damage but did not affect our stay. We had a wonderful week and the weather was fabulous, can’t wait to come back!

The house was perfect for us. Bedroom size were perfect. Great and spacious leaving space. Short walking distance to the beach. We enjoyed our morning walks there with some light yoga on the beach.

Beautiful home in quiet residential neighborhood. One downfall are the amount of stairs in this home. The main living/kitchen is on the 3rd level. Access to beach is only minutes away.

We thought the house was great for our family get together. The porches are comfortable and the pool was well utilized by the children. The only suggestions are to supply some basic cooking seasonings such as salt and pepper, and to supply some coffee filters. The nearby beach area was not accommodating for children but it was easy to travel to the public beach area.

This is a great home for big groups. Plenty of space for our group of nine. Easy walk to the beach. Great bar/restaurant within a couple blocks. We would definitely stay here again.

This property worked great for 3 families to stay, with plenty of room and bathrooms. Nice short walk to the beach. The only thing to be aware of is quiet hours are at 10pm. The neighbors called in a noise complaint at 9:30 because we had music playing and we were in the pool. Would recommend this house for the location and size!

We rented this house for our joint bachelor-bachelorette trip, there were 10 of us in total and this property couldn’t have been more perfect! Very spacious and beautifully decorated might I add. Everyone felt like they had their own space, the boys and girls were able to celebrate separately at times and together as well. Unfortunately it was a little to cold for us to enjoy the private pool/spa, but in the summer time this backyard would be the perfect place for a pool party or barbecue. And a less than a five minute walk to the beach! The only real complaint I can think of would be the pots and pans, very used and a little on the older side(of course I understand with a rental you aren’t going to get the same thing you’d have at home). But all in all this place is amazing, I would definitely return in the future! Thanks for the memories :)

Kitchen / dining service 8 comfortably. Extra too large chairs that don’t fit so 10 MAX. We had 10 and were crowded. The porches were nice but not laid out well for large group. There really wasn’t a good place for us all to gather. Kitchen needs large skillet. Need to remove damaged cookware. For the price beach towels and basic spices need to be provided. Also while the shells are pretty ther are too many displays. And get rid of fake plants -dusty and dingy. Ther was a long black hair in the Master shower on the shelf. The large lights over island were streaked and not attractive. All you could see was the smears. Diniing room table has lots of grunge in the crevaces which was gross. House needs a top to bottom all surfaces and crevaces cleaning to charge their prices. Over time business wil lose lodgers. House truly is more suitable for 8 or less people.

This house is just as amazing as it's depicted. The house is decorated so nicely and all of the furniture was very comfortable. The walk to the beach is super short and easy. The pool was wonderful and very private. We will definitely be coming back to this house in the future.
