We enjoyed our stay. Although it was not a beach trip (visited first week of Nov), we certainly loved sitting on the porch swing and watch the ocean waves. The condo was clean and had the basic amenities in the kitchen. We cooked breakfast and were out exploring the rest of the day/evening. The customer service was top notch! Quick reacting to questions and notifications. The only reason for 4 stars is there are some areas that needed attention (bathroom sink faucet was difficult to turn on, accordion door was off track, and the west facing sliding doors generated a lot of heat). We would certainly rent from this company again.

Great location!

The condo is close to the beach, shops and restaurants. Plenty of space with two bedrooms and two baths. Parking is narrow with many columns but no issues. The condo is a little tired with worn carpet but our stay was great and would recommend.

Cheerful condo in great location

Very cheerfully decorated condo. Well-appointed and very comfortable for my friend and I. Very clean except for some living room carpet that needs replacing. We used the kitchen for basic meal prep and found everything we needed. We particularly appreciated the great location on the south end of Tybee, only a short walk to the beach. We had rain one day, but had plenty of entertainment options with board games, cards, books, and streaming videos on the TV. Beds were comfortable. Check-out process was delightfully uncomplicated. We also appreciated the off-street parking (there's an outdoor shower to wash off the sand) and the beautiful front balcony with swing. Good communication with the management company. Would definitely stay there again!

Nice condo

Overall this property was nice. Nicely appointed and well stocked. The beach was beautiful and pristine. We were under the impression it was right on the ocean and it was not. It was about half a block up from the ocean but the walk was fine. Also, thought incorrectly by unit number, it would be on first floor and it was on the second. Would have preferred not to have two flights of steps. Overall, a fine experience.

We had a lovely stay. My only suggestion would be for the owner to replace all bathroom sink and shower fixtures. The were VERY DIFFICULT to turn on. Other than that everything was fantastic. Loved the beachy decor.

Anniversary Getaway

Place was nice but there was a few things that need to be addressed the shower head in the main bathroom really needs to be replaced and the door repaired so it will latch and in the hall bath the shower curtain rod need to be mounted so it will stay up without falling and maybe just some minor upgrades like furniture that reclines that would be more comfortable and better mattress would be great to but all in all we enjoyed our stay!

Excellent stay

This property was in a great location and very clean. We brought two adult children and there was plenty of space for the four of us to find alone time if we needed with the living room, bedrooms, back deck, and front deck with a porch swing. We could easily walk to the beach, which was never crowded, or drive up the road to the grocery store or restaurants. We also drove to Savannah on a few occasions.

Fantastic location, quiet area, close to the beach

This was the perfect location for us to stay for our first time on Tybee Island. The unit was clean and provided everything we needed. It was a super quick walk to the pier and restaurants. The neighbors were friendly and quiet and having two dedicated parking spots was great!
