Only 75 yards to the beach!!

  • Second floor corner unit 1000 square foot condo with open living/dining/kitchen area and lots of windows throughout. Master bedroom with queen size bed and ensuite bathroom that has tub and his/her closets. Guest bedroom with twin beds and access to hall bath. Spacious balcony off living room with high top table with 6 chairs. You can see the ocean just down the street! Wifi access. Bar seating in kitchen area and full size washer/dryer in laundry closet. Best of all you are just around the corner from the pier, lots of shops and restaurants! It's the happening end of Tybee, yet down a quiet side street!

Beach Getaway

This property is a good location from the beach and shops as well as the pier. Its just right across the street to the beach. I liked that there was seating outside on the small balcony where we could sit see/listen to the waves in the morning.

Property was located within walking distance of all bars and shops. Down a quiet little lane, an arms throw to the beach. We had a great experience.

Cute & Great location to beach

Great spacious house for 4 friends to hang out, enjoying beachy themed decorations, and a short walk to the beach and restaurants/bars alike. Everything was clean and ready for us to enjoy the home. Extra bonus... Beach towels available for use too!

What an amazing stay! The condo is immaculate! Looks exactly like the pictures. Check in and out was super easy. Great location to everything! Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay! Would definitely stay again! Already thinking ahead to next year!

Great - as usual

This is the second stay at this place - the first being a year ago. It is well stocked with the necessities! Great to have the convenience of dishwasher, washer and dryer! Convenient to beach and “downtown” Tybee. Would stay there again, and would recommend!

Great location and beautiful condo

Cynthia was absolutely wonderful. The condo was beautiful, clean and conveniently located to the beach and restaurants we wanted to visit. The pictures on line matched exactly what the condo looked like. Perfect stay.

Good location right by the beach

Apartment is in good condition. It's less than a block to the beach which is what we wanted. We had a minor issue but the property manager answered very quickly. We had a good stay.

Great location

Yes sometimes the three flights of stairs was a pain but everything else made up for it. Great location, beautiful view, quiet, close to a lot of restaurants and the view!

Property is exactly as described & pictured. Location is awesome, walking distance to many things including the beach.Only downfall is carrying your luggage 2 flights of stairs & not many channels on the tv should you have a rainy day.Take a roku with you. (2nd) time we've stayed at this property.

Great Stay!

Amazing location to beach and great experience. Only issues would be unable to lock front door with code and had to rely on key and shower valve in main bathroom did not get hot but otherwise highly enjoyed our stay.

Overall the property was well maintained. Just a couple of small things.. toilet in the hallway whistles really loud, fan and light broken on front porch. More seating in living room, small chairs very uncomfortable.

Great Week Stay

This was our 2nd week long stay in this condo. Everything is with in walking distance. The condo has everything a family needs. A short walk and you’re on the beach, on the pier, eating at a restaurant or walking thru the local shops. It’s always a great time on Tybee! A great and friendly beach community.
