Extremely peaceful and that's just what we needed. I loved the historic feel mixed with modern upgrades. The beds were super comfy and I could have slept all day just listening to the birds singing. Recommendation would be to have a better secure back door locking system to the house. Also the two chairs in the living room seem to be falling apart.

Really enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect for the three of us and was very comfortable. The kitchen was one of the best setups we’ve at a rental, and the bedrooms were spacious. Communication with the owners was excellent and they made sure everything was ready for us long before we arrived. Highly recommend this place.

I would not recommend staying at the Sundial Unit 1. The couches and carpets were very dirty, there was food left under the dining room table and the extra blanket at the end of the bed was either covered in poop or blood. There was also blood on one of the pillows. The pool was nice and was the only redeeming quality about staying at this location. The property manager did have clean sheets and pillows dropped off, but that didn’t seem enough to make up for poop and blood. I would not stay there again.

In spite of Hurricane Helene taking a bit of a turn closer to Tybee and losing power for over 24 hours we felt very safe and secure. Walking distance to the beach was a plus. I would definitely come back.

We stayed in May for a few days. The location is in walking distance to mid beach. North end of the beach was our favorite. We ended up driving and parking next to the conservatory for our favorite beach location. $4/hour parking, I believe. $40-$50 cash for renting a package of 1 beach umbrella and 2 beach chairs for the day. North beach didn't have restaurants open on weekday; mid beach did. You can find shark teeth on north beach. The laundry room seemed a little sketchy. There was a lot of construction garbage behind the washer/dryer, and on it's side. That needs to be removed. Made the place feel dirty. The bathroom had ZERO bath towel hooks. This property has two rooms with king size beds and the couch. Is this a sleeping for 6 pax?? There should be at least 6 bath towel hooks in the bathroom. I would not recommend this location because of this. The shower door didn't stay shut while we showered, so water poured out on the floor during our showers. There was one bath mat towel. And, no place to hang it up to try to let it attempt dry out, along with our bath towels. So unhygienic. I contacted management and they sent someone the next day to fix it and dropped off a few more towels and bath mat towel. When we arrived there was a bottle of hand soap in the bathroom, empty with a little water in it. They dropped off soap for us. 2 bedrooms with 1 bathroom, that is attached to one of the bedrooms. Free parking on the grass in front of property.

Mental Health Days

A coworker and I decided we needed a mental health break for a few days. We selected this property and it did not disappoint! From checkin to checkout everything was on point. The property management team made sure we were doing ok. I’m definitely using this company again!!!!

Fabulous Tybee Condo

Great place to stay in tybee, very convenient, clean and an easy walk to the beach. It's difficult to tell from the pictures that the bathroom just has one entry but other than that, everything was amazing!

Good location, Close to beach and Restaurants

We enjoyed our stay here. Don’t expect fancy, expect a clean little bungalow (this is actually a quadplex), which is clearly shown in the picture. This lovely older beach town is a great respite from the development going on in so many beach areas on the coasts now. Lovely wide beaches, not crowded at all when we were there. I think Tybee strives to keep their island on the quieter side. We felt comfortable here, had everything we needed (not a problem for us, but needed a silverware, plate etc. replenish), and very safe there. Rented a golf cart (super easy to get around) and rode all over the island, a parking permit was included with the cart, so no parking fees, which are 4 dollars wherever you park on the island. We stayed on the bottom right half of the house with a screened in porch, which we enjoyed in the evening, and a clean fenced-in backyard for our small dog. Overall, a good 4 night stay after being in Florida for 8 days and on our way back home to North Georgia.

Great place to stay!

Enjoyed short morning walk to see the sunrise, then walked to get ice cream in the evening! Kitchen was spacious & sun porch was a great place to relax! Beds were very comfortable & house was very clean. We ran out of supplies & requested more. Not a problem & was delivered while we played on the beach!

Great little place!

Very clean and pretty! Well equipped and in a great location. I knew it was 2 bedrooms and 1 bath and expected to share with the other couple; however, they had to come through our room to get into it. Had we not been lifelong friends, might have been very awkward. We had a wonderful time! Thank you!!

Nice Place

The unit we stayed in was nice. It's about 4-5 blocks from the beach and a park is a block away. Very quiet. The only thing my husband and I didn't like was some of the amenities. There was a single bar of soap in the bathroom. Luckily we had another one for the shower. There is a single towel per person. They tell you this but I find it odd since it's a nice place. I'm 5' and couldn't reach the glasses and items on the second shelf of the cabinet so I'd never stay there by myself unless I brought a ladder. The walls are thin. You can hear the conversations in the unit next to you and above you. I could hear the guy above us as if he was sitting next to me. There were other little things like this but overall the place is great.

Super Clean Interior

This property was clean and comfortable. The backyard was secured and suitable for letting our dog out without keeping him on a leash. The immediate neighborhood was somewhat older but very convenient to the beach and restaurants. For a family, the house is very close to a nice playground and recreational area. The large eat in kitchen was well equipped. The bathroom has a huge walk in shower. We truly enjoyed our stay and would recommend renting a golf cart to make getting around the island fun. The property management texted us everyday to check in.

Great location

There were a few hangups but my overall experience here was good. The owner contacted me and asked if there were any issues. When I told her about them she apologized for the inconveniences. I had no problem checking in to the rental. It was worth it the drive. Thank you.

Good location, OK rental

Great location, walk to beach and shops and nice area of beach. Had issue with A/C going out and they were not able to fix, gave us portables but they were ineffective. Place could use a good cleaning
