Great Choice

Property was perfect for two. Location is great to walk or bike to the beach and to many restaurants. Duplex was nicely decorated, well stocked, and clean! Would definitely recommend!

Nicely appointed and comfortable

Clean, neat, and nicely appointed. Basic kitchen supplies, but got the job done. Nice backyard with outdoor shower, grassy area, grill and fire pit table. Washer and dryer worked well.

Great!

Just the right size for two people and SO close to the beach. We hope to rent the place again next year. Just know that it's half of a double and you can hear the renters next door. Not a big deal if the people aren't too loud.

Great beach cottage

Wonderfully clean and equipped, only downside was paper thin walls so you hear everything from adjoining unit. A little far for seniors to walk to the beach, all in all was a great stay !

Cute and cozy Bungalow

We loved this little place! It was just my husband and me, but it does sleep 4. It would be a little too cozy if you were forced to spend a lot of time i side with 4. Kitchen has everything we needed, except for a paring knife, which was missing from the knife block. I think the shower head is a water saver, but I would have liked a little more water from it. Make sure you have hand soap, as it isn't provided. Bed is quite comfortable, but felt a bit tilted. Loved the little storage shelf in the bathroom. It was a bit of a walk to the beach. The little backyard was nice...bring charcoal if you don't want to pay the high prices at the local stores.

Our stay

My husband and I visited Tybee for our one year anniversary trip. This property space was in a great location, just a couple blocks from the beach. Place was super clean with a cute beachy feel, although the bed was extremely uncomfortable and the driveway floods completely when it rains. Overall, our experience was good but just prepare yourself for the uncomfortable bed and hopefully it’s not raining when unloading/loading the car because you will be up to your ankles in water.

Home away from home

I loved this cute, clean, and cozy bungalow, and it was perfect for my partner and I to relax and still be close enough to the beach and downtown. Many rentals have an odor from age but this unit was fresh and nicely updated. We also loved the little backyard with pecan tree comfortable outdoor furniture. I will definitely book again as my family reunion travels to Tybee every summer. Thank you!

Long weekend getaway

My daughter and I came for a long weekend in Tybee. This property was perfect! It was any easy walk to the beach and restaurants. Property had everything we needed, was very clean and decorated so cute!! We would definitely stay here again!!

Ideal beach stay for 3!

My Aunt, mom, and I had a wonderful stay here and loved being able to walk to beach, pool, and restaurants. Perfect size for 2-3 people. Make sure to bring laundry soap and/or extra towels because those are not provided.

Tybee like a local

Everything about this little gem of a place was as advertised. The bed was not comfortable and difficult to sleep in. Everything else was over the top. Whoever decorated the space does great work. The location is convenient to the southern part of Tybee Island. My family and I were able to walk everywhere. The kitchen and dining table at the house were small, but perfect size for us to cook and eat meals together. All the appliances were brand new and stylish.

Perfect for two

The location was great. It was close to both South Beach and Back River Beach. We were within walking distance of restaurants and bars, but far enough away that it was quiet. The rental was clean and had all of the comforts of home. We would stay here again!

Great Babymoon Getaway!

Great place for a couple! My wife and I walked to the beach everyday. Located on an excellent part of the island. The house was very clean and comfortable. Plenty of kitchen space to cook your own meals. The bed was comfortable for my 8 month pregnant wife. Would definitely stay here again!

Tybee Island fun!

We had a wonderful stay at “walking on sunshine”.The cottage was so well decorated and had everything we needed. However the bed needs a new mattress. 😊 We liked the neighborhood with its close proximity to stores, restaurants and especially the beach. A great place to stay and we’d definitely stay here again!
