It was perfect for our family get together-the location. The grill and fire pit were used almost daily during our stay. When we had an electrical problem, the host was there and had it resolved within hours.

Great space for our family of four and dog. Not a long walk to the beach and restaurants so we barely used the car. Enjoyed the outdoor spaces with the fenced in yard and balcony off the main bedroom. Kids enjoyed their own spaces. The carpet in the bedrooms was a bit dirty, but otherwise all good.

The house is beautiful outside and inside. The neighborhood is fine as well. Short walk to the beach was great. House came with everything we needed to enjoy our stay and the beds were comfortable! But we would likely not book another stay. Unfortunately, the downstairs smelled terribly of animal pee. Stopped me in my tracks as soon as I opened the door. I've stayed at other pet friendly properties and have never had this issue. It was very disappointing, we had to go out and buy fabreeze and spray it every time we entered the house or when we wanted to spend time downstairs. Pretty sure it was coming from the rug in the living room. There is no way that the cleaners or property management didn't smell the odor. I feel like the doors were left open to try and let the house air out because we also dealt with SO many mosquitoes the first 2 nights. It was miserable! Those were the major issues, minor issues were the missing fan remote for the upstairs bedroom and one of the locks on the side door was not lined up correctly so it didn't lock. We could only lock the doorknob lock. The house was clean overall except for the smell and a few stray hairs in the shower. I would recommend removing the carpet or steam cleaning it.

Return Visit

This was my family’s second visit to Tybee Island and this property. We love this house! The beds are very comfortable, the open kitchen/living room is wonderful for the whole family being together, and the backyard space is lovely. It is very convenient walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. We will return again!

Perfect SisterS Trip

This was the ideal spot for our sisters trip. It was comfortable, clean, spacious, and located within walking distance of everything we needed. It was a few short blocks to the beach but on a very quiet street and the back yard was very private and serene.

Great vacation

The propert was clean and the backyard was great. It was a bit of a walk to the beach and the pool, but we ended up renting a golf cart to get around. Our family of 5 adults were very comfortable there. The beds were really comfortable. The only complaint we have was that the bath towels we were provided with, had holes and were pretty worn. Our dogs really enjoyed the spacious and shaded back yard.

Great place!

The house was even better than the photos! We had 5 adults and it was very comfortable and clean. It was a great space for gathering and spending time with each other. We walked to the beach and restaurants. Savannah was a 20 minute drive. Highly recommend!

What a lovely place to spend our first time in Tybee Island. The house was beautiful, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Very close to beach and restaurants (we walked everywhere). The pups loved the backyard and so did we. Would definitely stay again.

Great location for a long weekend

A friend and I stayed at the house for a long weekend I. September. It was a great location with a short walk to stores and restaurants or the beach. It was quiet on the street at night. The home was updated and comfortable. We would stay here again!

Perfect modern spot by the beach

My family and I loved staying at this house. It was very cute and looked just like the listing photos and description. Everything was clean and ready for our stay and the kitchen was very spacious. The property even reached out after our first night to make sure everything was up to par. The only (very minor) downside was that the pool looked too crowded for us to go. But this was not really a big deal at all given how close we were to the beach- we just spent our time there instead. We would absolutely stay here again on our next trip to Tybee!

House has been renovated but has some wear and tear on it. Overall clean and comfortable. Upstairs got a little hot at night, not sure how well the air conditioner is working. We would recommend this place. Bring bug spray in August

Great Stay

Husband and I took first vacation since COVID and had a delightful stay. House was very clean and beautifully styled. Comfortable, quiet and convenient to beach and restaurants. Loved being able to bring our boxer with us. Great fenced backyard.

Great Place to Stay

Cottage was VERY clean, and was well-stocked with everything needed. Great location to walk to restaurants/shops, South Beach and the quieter back beach. Pups loved the fenced-in yard.
