Lovely little home

The space was lovely and the photos are accurate. We stayed during a bad storm - ended up having a leak in the bathroom ceiling that we had to handle. Also, with the heat and storm humidity it’s a shame you can’t get the bedroom fans to work without the light being on - odd system. Overall the property was exactly what we needed, the kitchen is well stocked, and they are kindly responsive on text to any concerns.

So so

It was not what I expected. There was what they left what was needed was poor. Hand soap was left empty on the kitchen counter. No dishe cloths just a dried old sponge. No beach towels. The chairs in my living room had Cobb webs underneath. Nothing to use to clean the toilets. A good thing was what was that what was provided was the kitchen utensils and pots and pans was very good. I would not rent from them again. The driveway was a mess with dried up leaves.Also we had to carry our recycling ourselves, which was a pain in the ass!!!

Winter get away

House was a nice get away from the harsh Michigan winter. Clean and well stocked with dishes, pots and pans. Maintenance response was good when needed. Note it is an older modular home so a little quirky with small interior doors that have some gaps from settling or where they have been replaced. Overall it was comfortable for our three week stay.

This was a nice little spot for our family! Comfortable beds, and very clean. Kitchen appliances seem new and the place appears to be recently renovated. We would stay here again!

Cozy and clean home away from home

Entering the property was easy, the home was very clean and had everything we needed to cook meals. The beds were comfortable and the property manager checked in with me occasionally to make sure everything was working properly and we were enjoying our stay. We loved the home and the location. I would definitely recommend to family and friends and would book this home again.

Great 4 days and 3 nights

The property was exactly as described. Not too far from the beach we barbecued used the fire pit and cooked in every night. Only difficulty we had was figuring out how to use the television remote great stay with our great friends would highly recommend it.

Great trip

We enjoyed the beach at Polk Street for the calm waters and dolphin views. The house was clean and had everything we needed to cook for our family. Close to many fun, family friendly attractions and great restaurants. The pool was a drive but a great pool. The property manager responded very quickly to any needs.

Overall, our visit was good. We did have some minor issues with the home to which was reported to the realty company. Mosquitoes were plentiful both in the home and underneath. There were some very nice appliances and fixtures. Repair work was not top quality in the home, however.
