The communication from the property manager was excellent! The property was very well maintained with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable! The ocean view was amazing and beach access was only steps away! We will definitely be visiting again!

The condo was dirty as it wasn't cleaned very well. The heat was set on 74 degrees so we were sweating when we got loaded in. The night tables weren't wiped down as they had dirt caked in the corners and there was hair on them. The master headboard was loose and the mattress is very old and uncomfortable. The master comforter was dirty - it smelled and had dried snot on it (or something else). I’m grateful that I brought extra linens. There is no sunrise or sunset as the listing claimed (sunrise is about 15 degrees off and there is a building in the way). Lastly, we were hit upon entering by a very strong fish odor like some sort of seafood had been cooked in the unit before we arrived. It never went away and made all of our things stink. Overall, it was just not an enjoyable or relaxing stay at all. I wish we had stayed elsewhere.

We thoroughly enjoyed everything about our stay. Very nice and clean oceanfront condo with a large balcony that was perfect for watching the sunrise. I liked that it was gated and we had our own covered parking spot. We would definitely stay there again.

Check in was very smooth. There was stains on second bedroom and bathroom wall. Looked like maybe someone spilled chocolate milk...i took lysol wipes and cleaned the wall in the bedroom. I always wipe bathroom, remote controls etc upon my stays anywhere. The view from balcony was nice. Last night the people in 25C woke us up around 130am . Sounded like they were having races and literally jumping up and down as they ran across the floor.

Beautiful views of a beautiful oveanfront

My stay in Tybee Island with my sister, daughter, & niece was full of sunshine, southern charm. Southern food, enchanting history. Our condo was well equipped with just about everything we needed and the proximity to the great city of Savannah was an added bonus!

Great location, property was fine

I wanted to give this place a 5 star rating because we made some lovely family memories, the view of the water was just lovely, the condo was clean, and had no major issues, but there were a lot of little things that added up to take away from our stay. None of it was worth complaining to property manager about, but it was clear this place had no personal touch and was not privately managed. The beds were uncomfortable, there was nowhere to put away our belongings. No dressers or hangers in closets so we all had to live out of our suitcases. No ice maker, the kitchen trash can was tiny and too small for the trash bags. The tv wouldn’t access the streaming services we pay for so we could only watch basic cable channels without an xfinity cable subscription. The stove was not great for cooking. Overall we had a great time, but wouldn’t rent this property again. Also the “heated pool” was kind of a joke. The size of a hot tub in some tucked away street at the other end of the island, so we never used it.

Beautiful place

Nice unit. Clean. Lovely balcony. Called Southern Belle asking how to work the Tv’s and the remotes. No instructions in the unit on the best process to work the tv or which applications were part of tge package. SB staff said they would submit a work order But never heard from them. I told them that the tvs were not broken, but that each tv had 3 remotes. For the price of the unit, ot would hsve been nice to watch the news especially since the hurricane had just hit. Or watch it in the evening. A bit of a disappointment

Last Summer Get-away!

Enjoyed the beautiful quiet beaches on the North end of Tybee. We loved seeing dolphins play, hermit crabs and starfish on the beach, and the amazing sunrises!
