Graduation trip

We enjoyed this beach home a lot and would be happy to stay here again. Our family enjoyed boating, a bicycle tour that included food and relaxing beach side. The beach bum parade was an unexpected surprise but it gave us a good laugh and a story to tell to friends. We did not have children with us but it is designed well to accommodate them nicely. My family said “good find Mom” when we left.

Awesome Home!

The house was wonderful! Very modern and new feeling. It was very clean and ready for our family. Great location! About 5 minutes walk to the beach and great restaurants and shops. I would highly recommend this property!

Last minute Christmas stay

I was so fortunate to grab this place with my last minute family!! The place was clean, new, and had just the amount of space we needed. The house was few blocks from the beach. While a few houses in the immediate area could use sprucing up, this house served us well!! Thank you for sharing this with us.

Girls trip

This was a perfect house for our annual girls trip! Sparkling clean and new and the beds are so comfortable. And loved being able to walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. The neighborhood is so cute and every house has its own personality. Loved all the cats in town too! Would definitely stay here again!

Even better than the photos!

This house was absolutely beautiful - 10/10 recommend! It was very clean upon arrival, had everything we needed fully stocked (linens, basic kitchen supplies...) and very quick communication with the host. It was extremely spacious, well decorated and was the perfect spot for a girls weekend. It really is better than the photos! Perfect amount of parking for a big group. We didn't even use the porch area, but there's even a Roku TV outside! We GREATLY enjoyed our stay.

Long Weekend Get Away

The property was nice and clean. Access to the beach was direct and easy. There was no mattress in the trundle bed so we had to coordinate with the property manager to get a blow up mattress. There also were no trash bins outside to dispose of full trash bags from inside in. It was more complicated than I would have liked to get that figured out via text with the manager. Multiple people responded and we were told several different things. Otherwise, the stay was great and we would come back again.

Great vacation spot

The house was perfect. Well appointed, comfortable and very well stocked kitchen amenities. Walking distance to beach, restaurants and the pool. Great area for older kids to safely ride bikes. Would definitely recommend to others as well as return with ours.

Wonderful House and Location

This house provided a fantastic vacation experience. Location wise, it was a short walk to the bars/restaurants, beach and the pool (we have a two year old and it was no problem). The house was very clean and well-stocked when we arrived. We cooked in a few nights and the kitchen was stocked with all the cooking supplies/dishes that we needed. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable and there was even a pack and play included for the baby. We also really enjoyed dinners on the screened in porch. I would highly recommend this property!

*AMAZING BEACH HOUSE*

This house was perfect for our family beach trip. The space was clean, well organized and management provided more than enough essentials to last us through our week long stay. The location of this home is awesome with a short trip to the beach and Tybee Pier and an even shorter trip to the back bay for fishing. We will definitely be looking for this house next year!!!

Tybee Trip

This property is amazing. The kitchen is stocked with everything you may need to cook and entertain. The extra parking spots during a busy weekend were also a plus. The back yard and sitting area along with the front porch were outstanding. We will certainly return. Thanks again!

Cute & Clean

Sweet little house with new amenities. Loved having a comfortable bed. Such a treat, as many owners don't seem to care about those things. The house was not cluttered, which made it easy to 'move' in, or unpack, and enjoy our stay. Really decorated in current styles, so it made if fun. The porch was enjoyable at night. The beach, restaurant area was an easy walk and I would recommend renting bikes. We wish we would have done that, even though we enjoyed the walking, it would have been easier on our end to get from place to place. We never used the pool access. Also the house had sooo many coffee filters, sugar, and sweeteners. Did not have to buy a set, just had to buy the coffee.

Peaceful beach vacation home

Stayed here with our 9 week and 3.5 year old and another couple with their two small children. The home was perfect. Plenty of space for everyone, clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. We brought our own travel bassinet for baby. Definitely bring a stroller or wagon for the walk to the beach if you have really little kids. It's not far but just far enough that your arms will be tired if you carry them with your beach or pool stuff. Thanks for a great stay! Definitely recommend!

Perfect for Families

We loved this house- it was near local shops and restaurants and was about an 8 minute walk to the beach. The house is located on a quiet street and was a comfortable stay for our two families with small kids. We would definitely stay here again!

Great house

In town for a wedding... Ppl coming in from all over..... Great place for gathering.., screened porch... Comfy couches.. Plenty of beds... Met my needs and more.. Ended up being the meetup/hangout place.... Lots of parking.. And pretty close to the beach.. definitely walkable with kids.
