Place was very clean and we had plenty of room! The kitchen had everything we needed. It was close to the beach and walkable to restaurants and stores. Check in was easy and host was very responsive

You could order your groceries and have there delivered and ready. The house was clean a couple bedrooms had broken windows but the manager was fast to offer have someone come out and fix them. Such a great neighborhood we felt safe allowing the teenagers to go for icecream without an adult and to the fishing pier. Parking can be rough we had a large suv and with the house full it was hard some days to park.

The location was ideal for a family reunion with grandchildren and grandparents. The proximal to the beach and available swimming pool was as listed. There was a grocery store nearby and a good supply of dishes, pots/pans for cooking. The weather was beautiful and so we enjoyed the beach, the pool, and fishing from the local city pier. We had a great time!

Generally this top floor of a house provided a fun week at the beach for our family. It's easy walking distance to the beach 18th st access. It was also just a couple blocks from the commercial center and a small convenience store, and the pier. It was great to have a walkable vacation experience. There are beach chairs available to use downstairs in a beach box.The home has generally been updated, and has cute wood floors and appealing decor. However, the bathroom with the tub is in desperate need of attention. The enamel has pealing off and has huge chucks left on. Additionally, the towel rack in that bathroom had been pulled off the wall before our arrival. Looking back at photos, this was not evident. It would have kept me from booking. Instead I chose to avoid that bathroom. There was no laundry detergent provided at all. When on vacation, I definitely don't want to have to bring those basic items with me. The hosts were generally responsive. You must text ahead of time for pool access which is a 5 min walk.

The property was well stocked and very clean. Although it was an older property, it was well taken care of. Spent three nights there. Wish I had more time to explore the area. Lots to do at walking distance. We really enjoyed the wrap around porch. Will plan to visit again.

Location was amazing.

While the location of this property was amazing, the unit itself is in need of some updates. From the pictures, we thought it would be nicer than it was. Communication with the property management company was very good.

Great location and loved the layout of the home

Pros: All large beds which is ideal when we book a stay and rooms were spacious. Loved the layout of the home and the door that partioned off the bedroom from the living room and kitchen. Home was close to local dining and shopping. Chairs were available for the beach which is always a plus! Loved the wrap around porch.Cons: Pool was only open until 5pm and an attendant made sure the pool was cleared of all occupants by 5. I would like to recommend an at least 7pm closing time as sun doesnt set until 8:30pm. The only bathtub available (other two bath's were standing shower only) needs new enamel coating as it was all chipped and didnt looks nice (can also harbor bacteria that way). The door lock was on the opposite side of parking which was just annoying. We never ended up using that door once we unlocked the door closest to the parking area.Overall a great stay so still worthy of 5 stars. We enjoyed our stay!

A few issues

AC didn't work right away, but prop. mgr excellent response to get fixed.Bathrooms functional but tired.Big fly problem the last couple of days, and consistent odor in one bathroom. Outdoor porch needed power washed. Outdoor potted ferns all brown and dead. Good communication from mgr. Check-in great, unit layout good. EZ walk to beach. Towels and bedding good. This unit is best for those wanted to be on Tybee and close to beach, and wanting not fancy functional space.

Beautiful Location

We enjoyed our stay very much, easy walking distance to everything. The house was clean and having three bathrooms helped getting everyone up, bathed and out of the house quickly. There are plenty of dishes and glasses so we only needed to run the dishwasher twice during our four night stay. the only "problems" we had were finding the entry door, which is not at the top of the stairs where you park, but all the way around the building at the top of the other stairs that we didn't even know were there, but of course that was a minor thing. The second thing is 17th STREET is the first one you come to and 17th PLACE is further down the road. It is a little confusing as the street signs ad painted on short post...again, a minor thing, but worth noting. All in all I would stay here again as it was a very nice place in a great location.

I loved how Southernbelle was so helpful answering any questions from well before and during our stay. The property location was excellent. We could walk to beach and to all kinds of restaurants and shops. Good for the ones that wanted to go out in the evening. The unit was spotless with everything provided that was listed in description. My family loved it and would definitely stay again

Family Getaway

The house was exceptionally clean and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook. I liked that each unit had their own grill. The beds were comfortable and a plus that each bedroom had their own TV. My brother loves to fish, so being in walking distance to the main pier and also the back pier was great. Us ladies loved the fact we could walk to the shops. You can't stay on Tybee without eating at the Crab Shack and if you've never visited Savannah the bus tours are a great way to see the beautiful city. I would stay again!

Spacious Condo Close To Everything

The condo had a lot of space for everyone. The bedrooms were good sized with comfortable beds. The wrap around porch was perfect for sitting outdoors, with plenty of seating. It was great to have a washer and dryer in the unit. The condo is located a couple of blocks from the ocean with a very easy, quick walk. It’s also located close to restaurants, shops and bars. It was nice to be able to walk everywhere. The communication with the property manager was easy, they were very responsive. I would highly recommend this to anyone needing more space that wants to be close to everything.

Good location, spacious

The property was clean and had plenty of space. It is located within walking distance to the beach, food and bars. Only thing I would say is that beach towels would be great to have in the property.
