Hi Lisa! Thanks for choosing our home to stay in, and we are so glad you enjoyed your time there! I’m not sure which road you took to get to the house, but there is an AWD switchback road that is challenging that we encourage our guests to avoid; there is another road to access that is well maintained and easier to drive, although 4WD is definitely recommended in the winter to make sure you can get up the hill on our road :)

We're sorry you experienced issues with the heat and will add more detailed instructions to our welcome book for future guests. - We always encourage guests to reach out while in residence with any issues that they have so that we have the opportunity to make things right.
