It was an amazing stay! So peaceful and quiet. All the personal touches, artwork, and antiques were fun to look at. Our grandson loved the outdoor pool with the small creek. We would definitely stay again!

Cozy Cabin with a Great River View!

We had a great time here! The hot spring tub was very pretty and we loved how the overflow naturally created a creek feature running down the property. The interior was cozy and would highly recommend!

Paradise just outside of Buhl

This was an extremely nice property. My partner and I enjoyed our stay in this lovely home and plan on return visit in the future. Would highly recommend!

Perfect Location, well stocked Kitchen, and Private Hot Spring Tub!!

Sitting in the hot spring tub every evening watching the stars was magical! As a chef, I had all the appliances and cookware I needed in the kitchen. The beds were comfortable and the location is right in the midst of everything you might do in the area.

We had such a wonderful stay! The house was spotless and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The geothermal soaking tub was at the perfect temperature and made for such a serene, relaxing experience. Even the house water, heated by the geothermal system, felt like such a luxury. Amy was SUPER responsive and went above and beyond with recommendations for activities in the area. We also loved that the home featured work from local artists (including the owner!)—it felt like staying in a personal art gallery. With so many beautiful things to experience nearby, this place is truly a hidden gem.

Great visit

Croas Nest was a great base for all of our adventuring. It had everything we needed. We were able to kayak to waterfalls, hike to waterfalls, and drive north to the hot springs. Drinking water was provided which was great since it was summer and dry. We would love to come back in the winter to really get to enjoy the geothermal water in the new spa/mini pool.

Tranquil Retreat

My husband and I stayed here for our 18 year anniversary. It was more house than 2 of us needed but the hot springs hot tub made us decide to rent anyway. The front porch is lovely, the house is curated with care and feels authentic, unlike most online house rentals. The views of the snake river are amazing. We watched the full moon rise from the hot tub. We also loved that there was a TV to watch Netflix without our kids! Amy gave us a tour of her studio and offers permanent jewelry which is fun as well.

We used the front porch, within visual distance of the Snake River mornings for coffee and evening for R and R. Our vacation included daily hiking to local waterfalls. We soaked in the mineral springs hot tub nightly. Since restaurants are scarce, we brought our food and used the well supplied kitchen for healthful meals. W enjoyed doing the puzzles, but all had missing pieces.Suggest replacement. Host was quick to respond to questions. Cabin was WELL worth the price. One of our best family vacations.

Perfection in Buhl

I wanted a couple days somewhere quiet and beautiful with my sister and daughter. This home is so lovely. It’s filled with beautiful art, stocked with everything you may need and there is plenty of space for everyone. The thermal tub was my favorite part. I woke up every morning and sat in the hot water watching the steam and listening to the sounds of birds. The owners were always responsive and I left feeling like I had a real vacation. I will definitely be returning!

Exceptional and Serene!

I have been staying in VRBO's for several years and this is one is in my top five. The cabin is spacious and very well appointed. The geothermal tub was glorious after a long days hike. We enjoyed grilling and eating on the front porch overlooking the whole area with a beautiful view of the river. It really was hard to get going in the morning...comfortable beds, quiet peace all around. A true VRBO find!

Relaxing Sister Time

My sister and I had the opportunity to stay at the Cros Nest for a birthday celebration. The property was so clean and perfectly organized. We loved sitting on the front porch watching the sun rise. We listened to music, danced and sang out loud! We loved the soaking tub, especially being able to relax and look up at the stars. Thank you for sharing this beautiful property.

Cutest place!

This house is absolutely adorable! It’s so close to miracle springs and banbury so that was a huge bonus! I’d recommend going more in the winter because we got hot real quick and there isn’t much cold water to cool down lol (we also got there on an 104 degree day) We had 2 small kids as well and it was nice having an area outside where they could play, and they also had several board games inside which was nice. The hosts were really kind and accommodating. Highly recommend going and checking it out!

Beautiful location and home

Our family with four kids ages 7, 10, 13, and 15 were very comfortable here with plenty of space for us all. We, as the parents, enjoyed the privacy of the master bedroom while the kids were happy enough with the loft area. We only used the kitchen for breakfast but it seemed well stocked if we wanted to cook more. Those who enjoy tubs, enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings. Beds were comfortable. Overall, a beautiful location and great comfortable stay.

Fantastic place. The hot spring water and both tubs are especially enjoyable. An eclectic collection of vinyl records provided an unexpected pleasure. Original owners hand built pottery was fun to see and use.

Amazing View of the Snake River from the Front Porch

We were not expecting to have such a beautiful view of the Snake River from the front porch. My wife and I spent every morning of our stay drinking coffee and sitting in the rocking chairs on the porch. You can see an osprey nest on a nearby powerline pole! The hot tub was a nice benefit. I would advise that the kitchen has no vent, which means the house will smell a bit like food for a few hours or more if you cook, so we drove into town for supper. It is about a 35-45 minute drive into Twin Falls, but only about 15 minutes to Buhl, and my wife and I enjoyed the scenic drive. We would certainly consider staying here again if we make a return trip to this area of Idaho!
