"The owner, Carl, is awesome! This is the cleanest place I have ever stayed and it is absolutely beautiful. Even the outdoor area is clean. Carl made us feel welcome and safe. He was attentive to our needs and left is to our privacy. We enjoyed grilled steaks on the park-style charcoal grill by the fire pit (clean firewood provided). Lights and Bluetooth speakers out side and huge TVs inside. Attention to detail was impressive. Lake Lure is great too. We will definitely return when we're back in...

"A very cozy cabin. Enjoyed the seclusion of the HiTop property. We came on one of the coldest days of the year, and the wall units weren’t quite enough, but once we employed the available floor heaters the cabin was nice and toasty. The hot tub was quite enjoyable. Unfortunately, we could never seem to get the sauna hot enough to use for the kind of sweat we were hoping for, but the 25 degree weather was likely the culprit. Overall a great getaway spot. Definitely a good value for the rental...
