Perfect location

Our plan was to spend 2 days hiking and exploring Joshua Tree National Park. This home’s location was right on the route to the less busy north entrance gate. Also, the property was extremely clean and well provisioned and Susan was in constant constant with us.

Great house with anazing host

Home was perfect for our visit to Joshua Tree… so close and convenient from the home. Host Susan was phenomenal, even checking in and sending us a special tip about a space launch while she herself was away on vacation. The pictures depict the home well. It was clean and comfortable. The landscaping is beautiful and the fully enclosed, privacy fencing is awesome. We truly enjoyed our stay. Thank you for Sharing your home with us.

Lovely place to kick back

Fireplace advertised, but could not find anything to turn it on or light it with. Was one of the selling points for me and was quite disappointed. Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay. The beds were super comfortable and kitchen supplies a wonderful addition. The back area and swimming pool was an added bonus. Would definitely stay there again.

Fantastic property

This was my second booking of this property. It is immaculate. The beds are super comfortable and the house has everything you could possibly need. The pool was sparkling. The host, Susan, is so friendly and accommodating. Do not overlook this gem of a property.

The home is amazing, and has everything we could ask for to make us comfortable. The home itself has a very modern desert vibe. It felt very comfortable, had everything we needed and a beautiful backyard area with a pool. My wife, kids and I sat by the pool in the mornings and enjoyed our breakfast, at the end of the day my wife and I would share a glass of wine by the pool. The house itself is beautiful and I can't really think of anything I'd change. I also found it nice that little details like coffee and condiments were available in the kitchen. The house was very clean and we felt very safe. I would definitely stay in this house again. The property owner was also extremely helpful and pleasant to work with, she provided recommendations on hikes and things to do in the area. THANK YOU!

Pretty Stay for the Perfect Weekend

This property was the best choice for our weekend birthday getaway. The kitchen was well equipped, the living room was perfect for lounging around and catching a hood Netflix movie, and the pool was the BEST feature. It was perfect for my partner and I. Too good that we’ll be back soon. The biggest plus is it’s near the Joshua Tree Park Entrance as well. I highly recommend this property.

Awesome

Stayed a couple nights, and the house was perfect for our family (2 adults, 2 kids). It was clean, comfortable, a stone’s throw from the park, and the pool was perfect and well stocked with stuff for the kids. Susan (the host) was very accessible and hooked us up with some restaurant suggestions and the details for stargazing for our trip. Don’t know when we’ll get out west again any time soon, but we’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great Location!

Susan was incredibly friendly and responsive, and had lots of great suggestions of things to do in the park during windy weather, as well as great places to eat in Twentynine Palms. The place is so close to the park entrance and nearby lots of amenities, and the kitchen is fantastic and has everything you need. Also very clean!!

Charming and peaceful escape from the city

This is a beautiful, comfy, and cozy bungalow, attractively decorated in a style reflective of the surrounding high desert landscape, located in a quiet neighborhood, and with lovely views of the night sky. The owner/manager, Susan, could not be more attentive and thoughtful; speaking of which, the house includes many thoughtful touches, such as condiments, coffee, and other basics in the well-appointed kitchen, and even a fresh toothbrush and shaving cream in the bathroom in case of forgetful guests. Classy, class A accommodations. Looking forward to my next visit!

Oasis in the Desert

This home is a treat. It is clean and well equipped. But what sets it apart is the phenomenal landscaping that is real art. The pool is lovely and the house is well located - close to town, the base, and Joshua tree. Susan, the host, was very responsive and helpful.

Great Base to Explore JNP

This house stands out because of the care and thought put into making it an exceptionally pleasant place from which to explore Joshua Tree NP. The layout of the front, back and side yards is very private and nicely decorated. Amenities like pool floaties, folding chairs, and a well stocked kitchen add to the enjoyment of the stay. Very responsive owner/manager. This house is close to the eastern entrance to JNP, which makes access for daytime and nighttime stargazing adventures easy. If you want to go stargazing, drive into the park through the 29Palms entrance and find "Twin Tanks" location (it's on the park map). Clear and dark skies make for a beautiful display of stars and Milky Way less than 15 min from this house.
