Amazing stay!

Absolutely loved our stay here! It was quiet and relaxing but was only 10-15 minutes away from town. The host was very communicative and the house had everything we needed and more!

Perfect Joshua Tree Base

This property is gorgeous. It’s very well appointed. The landscaping is amazing. We could have spent our whole visit sitting outside enjoying the views. The property is very well appointed and convenient to both the west and north y to the park (we found let’s at the north entrance).

Beautiful property

We only stayed a couple nights but wished for more as everything was inviting, in and out, and we were unable to take advantage of the outdoor area due to cold temps and wind. Bed was comfortable and that's a must.

Delightful!

Excellent in every way. Very cute, well appointed cottage with a very comfortable bed and couch. Communication with the host was also outstanding with good answers to our questions. Great location for visiting Joshua Tree National Park because the nearby north entrance is the best. We had fun with the star gazing bed at night and delighted in sitting on the veranda and enjoying the lovely landscaping at the end of the day. Highly recommended.

Great desert getaway

Family of 4 visiting Joshua Tree for the first time. The house was a perfect home base for our exploring and relaxing taking in the vast views. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to make meals. Our kids enjoyed exploring the outdoors and games provided. The mattress was quite firm.

Desert vistas

This is a beautiful comfortable property with lots of space. The views are incredible, and there is peace and quiet. We felt safe and relaxed here. Proximity to 29 Palms and Joshua Tree makes it convenient. The roads are a little rough getting up to the site, but passable. Just be aware the turnoff is not easy to see at night. Once you arrive, you will be so happy with your choice. Great place!!!

Perfect Getaway Spot

We had a wonderful stay here. The cabin and property were exactly as described, and communication with the host was easy. We spent our time exploring JTNP by day and stargazing at night. We would love to return here in the future!

Sweet desert getaway

The house was very comfortable and well equipped, and wonderful to relax in after days of hiking in Joshua Tree. The landscaping and acreage were beautiful and fun to explore. The birds were fun, and a coyote visited the porch early one morning. We appreciated the hiking guidebooks!

splendid star watching right next to Joshua Tree

House is perfectly outfitted for guests. Hosts thought of all needs including a hammock to hang on the porch and yard games! She gave us an excellent recommendation for a hike and a tour in Joshua Tree. We did both and thoroughly enjoyed them. Cloudy skies were dominant but still tried out the bed in the desert for sky watching. Lovely place. Highly recommend a stay in this home

Incredible place

We've stayed at many VRBO properties over the years, and this place ranks among one of our favorites. Very clean and well-stocked. Great location with quick access to JTNP. Great communication with the owner, Susan. She provided us with a bunch of helpful suggestions for our trip. The cottage was a great feature, since our college-aged son was with us. The sky bed was another neat feature that we really enjoyed. Also enjoyed the landscaping, which attracted many different birds. Just a wonderful place all around. Would highly recommend.

A home away from home

Susan is a Rockstar Host! She keeps us updated of any event happening and provide suggestions for any trails! Very knowledgable host. Although we did not see a lot of stars because of the moon is high and a lot of clouds. We saw the Starlink chain which Susan mentioned to us! So keep your phone close for her message! ACs are our friend during the stay it keeps the cabin cool on a 100ish weather! My kids age 16, 10 and 4yrs old did not get bored during our 4days stay. They enjoyed the exploration outside day or night! We saw black widow, jack rabbit and gopher or pine snake outside the cabin! My explorers call it a success exploration. Will come back next time and I will make sure to see starts next time! The cabin is definitely a home away from home!

Truly a desert oasis

This house was wonderful. Susan was a super host, the house was clean and comfortable. The location was the best and exactly what I was hoping for. Quite, beautiful, full of desert wildlife. I spent every sunrise on the sky bed! A great place to unwind and forget the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

We came to see our son who is stationed at Twentynine Palms. Never rented a VRBO but this was heaven

Desert Breeze Oasis was so phenomenal. It was beautiful and clean. Everything you would have wanted or needed was there. It was so cozy and wonderful that we would have been happy spending the entire time there instead of sightseeing. If you don’t try it, you’re missing out!

Joshua Tree Gem

Loved our stay at Desert Breeze Oasis. Well stocked, great views, quiet, and a perfect location for visits to JTNP. Susan is an exceptional host. Even before we arrived she supplied us with lots of advice and information including tours, restaurants, and local activities. During our stay she was easy to reach and super friendly. Highly recommend and would love to return some day.

Lovely Cabin

I’ve been to the Joshua tree area many times. Thus far this has been my favorite stay. The property offers great privacy as the closest neighbor is quite a distance away. Very comfortable indoor and outdoor spaces with ample seating and eating areas. The cabin itself is very quiet as is the neighborhood. There are several games, books and blue ray movies to entertain you and the wifi worked well enough to stream Netflix the entire time we were there. The place was very clean and had all cooking necesites both indoor and out readily available. Communication was excellent as well as the driving directions. We have a normal car and had no issues as the dirt roads are well maintained. Looking forward to returning soon

Great find!

We had an awesome stay at Desert Breeze Oasis! The cabin was charming and comfortable for our family of four… the garden and outdoor spaces were captivating. It was a great location for visiting JTNP and plenty of restaurants and shops in neighboring towns. The property was remote and felt secluded and special, away from the bustle. Susan was fantastic to work with. Communication was great. Everything exceeded our expectations. We hope to come back again.

Perfect place to stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed everything about our stay. The attention to detail was greatly appreciated. Susan is a very helpful and responsive host. Both the interior as well as the outdoor premises were amazing! The location is perfect, with the most amazing views of sunrise and sunset. We highly recommended Susan’s lovely home as your place to stay if you plan to be in the Joshua Tree area!
