The Space:
Welcome to Baio Cabin, your rustic mountain escape in the pines.

Main Level:
Bright living room with a wood-burning stove, cozy seating, and large windows for natural light. The main level also includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, 1 bedroom, and 1 full bathroom.

Loft Level:
The spacious loft is divided into two sleeping areas with a half bathroom between them, making it a great setup for families or groups.

Step outside onto the wrap-around deck and enjoy your morning coffee or evening BBQ while relaxing among the trees.

Home features include linens, WiFi, a portable cooling unit, baseboard and wall heat, a wood-burning stove, charcoal BBQ, washer and dryer, and Twain Harte Lake access for an additional guest fee.

Firewood is not provided.

Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are not provided.

The price reflects the rustic nature of the home.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire cabin, including the full kitchen, living room, main bedroom, divided loft sleeping areas, laundry area, wrap-around deck, and charcoal BBQ.

The Neighborhood:
Twain Harte Lake Access is approximately 0.5 miles away and requires a pass and additional guest fee.

Downtown Twain Harte is approximately 0.8 miles away with dining, shopping, miniature golf, and the seasonal pool.

Twain Harte Miniature Golf is approximately 0.6 miles away. Hours may vary.

Twain Harte Golf Course and Disc Golf are approximately 0.8 miles away. Hours may vary.

Twain Harte Pool is approximately 0.6 miles away and is open seasonally. Hours may vary.

Pinecrest Lake is approximately 20 miles away and offers boating, fishing, swimming, and hiking.

Dodge Ridge Mountain Resort is approximately 23 miles away for skiing, snowboarding, and seasonal mountain activities.

Yosemite National Park also makes a great day trip from the area.

Getting Around:
Baio Cabin is conveniently located near downtown Twain Harte and other local attractions. A vehicle is recommended for exploring Pinecrest Lake, Dodge Ridge Mountain Resort, Yosemite National Park, and the surrounding mountain communities.

Pet-friendly with prior approval. Guests are responsible for cleaning up all animal waste inside and outside the property. Service animals are accommodated as required by applicable law and are not treated as pets. Guests remain responsible for actual damage caused by any animal and for unusual cleaning beyond normal turnover when permitted by law and platform policy.

Twain Harte Lake access requires a pass and an additional guest fee.

Winter guests should monitor weather conditions. 4WD and/or chains may be needed.

Kitchen staples such as oil, salt, and pepper are not guaranteed.

Twain Harte Rentals provides a starter supply of essentials, including one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, a small supply of trash bags, a sponge, dish soap, and hand soap. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, and additional paper products are not provided unless specifically stated.

While WiFi is provided, it is not guaranteed. Mountain internet can occasionally be spotty and is not always as reliable as city service.

Firewood is not provided. Information on nearby places to purchase firewood is available in the guest information provided before arrival.

The outdoor fire pit may only be used when current fire conditions allow. Guests must confirm current burn restrictions before use.

Trash and Checkout Requirements:

Household trash must be placed inside the provided trash containers. Household garbage may not be placed in recycling containers.

If all trash does not fit inside the provided containers, please contact Twain Harte Rentals rather than leaving loose or bagged trash outside at the property.

If the trash and recycling containers are not already at the designated pickup location, they must be taken there upon departure or no later than Sunday evening for Monday collection.

If a bear-resistant trash container is provided, all household garbage must be placed inside it and the container must be fully closed and properly latched.

Guests are responsible for washing used dishes. Clean dishes may be left out to dry or placed in the dishwasher and the dishwasher started before departure.

Guests are responsible for removing personal food from the refrigerator and freezer and cleaning the BBQ and oven if used.

Guests may be responsible for actual applicable disposal, cleanup, service, repair, or additional cleaning costs when permitted by law and properly disclosed, including excessive trash, stains, animal waste, excessive animal hair, odors, or other unusual cleaning conditions.

All keys must be returned to the lockbox at checkout. A $25 fee applies for each lost key.
