This comfortable 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo is designed for both relaxation and entertaining. The primary bedroom features a queen-sized bed, en-suite bathroom with separate tub and shower, and a spacious walk-in closet. The second bedroom includes two twin beds plus two roll-away beds stored in the closet, allowing flexible sleeping arrangements for families or groups. Extra linens, pillows, and ample towels are provided for every guest.



The living room offers an oversized sectional with plenty of seating for the entire group, flowing into a six-seat dining area and a fully stocked kitchen equipped with everything you need—including a coffee station, crock pot, blender, cookie sheets, and full pots and pans. Step outside onto the covered balcony to enjoy comfortable seating and peaceful views of the community.



Guests will appreciate the secure and convenient setting, with gated entry, locked building doors, and easy elevator access to the second-floor unit in Building Three—located closest to the pool and clubhouse. Two complimentary parking passes are included, and guests have full access to the fitness center, swimming pool, clubhouse, and the gated walking trail to campus located behind the property.

• For everyone's safety, we have exterior surveillance in place with cameras at the front and rear of the home. These are not to be tampered with. We also have noise monitors in the house that monitor the decimal level of the noise.

Health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.

We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our home is not suitable to accommodate them.

Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning.

We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.
