"Although, on checking in, we had a WIFI issue this was efficiently remedied for which we were immensely grateful. The property was clean, beds comfortable and kit chen well equipped with heated floors in bathroom and downstairs bedroom. Jonas was a great host and promptly answered any questions we asked. Great views..great stay! "

"Great place slightly removed from the noisy city center (~30-minute walk through interesting neighborhoods—we like to walk!—or 14 minutes by easy public transport) with a local neighborhood feel, a pretty river close by, and convenient services (grocery stores, an excellent bakery). Bergen can have a chill in the mornings and evenings, being close to so much water, so we were extremely happy to feel the ambient heat under our feet. "The host was very helpful in guiding us to and inside the property when we arrived late at night (our phones weren’t so helpful and took a while to connect to cell service to read the instructions.) We recommend restarting phones asap upon arrival in Bergen. Conveniently located in a neighborhood close to busses and grocery with all the comforts of home Lovely Pub nearby, Dr Weiseners. Great food and helpful staff ❤️. We hope to come again to Bergen!"

"All in all, we were happy with the stay. But figuring out the self-checkin and how to use the elevator with the card key was a bit challenging, as was how to use the stove top. Parking was challenging too, until I discovered how close the Klostergarasjen was (the walk from it). The coffee maker worked, then it stopped working, but the manager came and replaced it in the evening. She also showed me how to use the stovetop. More instructions are needed for that."

"Es un hotel con excelente ubicación personal agradable, el desayuno rico, aunque es el mismo todos los días puse aquí en café y agua natural y en general puedes moverte a cualquier lugar, la habitación es amplia y cuenta con todos los servicios, solamente retiraría las almohadas enormes que te dan en el cuarto y colocaría almohadas de tamaño normal, pero al parecer es algo cultural de aquí de Noruega. Es un hotel con excelente ubicación personal agradable, el desayuno rico, aunque es el mismo todos los días puse aquí en café y agua natural y en general puedes moverte a cualquier lugar, la habitación es amplia y cuenta con todos los servicios, solamente retiraría las almohadas enormes que te dan en el cuarto y colocaría almohadas de tamaño normal, pero al parecer es algo cultural de aquí de Noruega. Que las almohadas sean muy grandes. "
