The location was perfect for us - nestled in the woods, offering a secluded and peaceful getaway, yet close enough to town for convenient access to amenities. Chequamegon-Nicolet National Forest was a short drive away, and we enjoyed spending time there as well."

"Overall impressions in these categories: House: Beautiful. Big enough for our group of 13, kids and adults. Kitchen is more than great. Screened porch is better than good. Dining area large enough we could all eat in the same area. Rec room including table tennis was used a lot.Water: Fishing was slow but that's no one's fault. Kayaks were used a lot everyday. The shallow sandy bottom was amazing for our kids to play and swim in. The dock held our two boats easily. Stairs to water are not...

"We used the rental as headquarters for daily disc golfing excursions to the local courses. All guests had ample room. Operating light switches for common spaces was not intuitive. Also the lower patio door would not open from the inside. The front door locking mechanism was cumbersome with a 10digit code needed each time to open. On-site grill was not gas as the listing stated."

"Very spacious. (This time it was just my husband and I but the capacity is 6.) 3 bedrooms 2 full baths. The cedar ceilings and cabinetry is gorgeous. Very large, secluded property with an amazing view of the lake. Had a very nice dock that we used and a fire pit right on the shore. Close to town, grocery store and restaurants.It was a very relaxing week and we will be back."
